I thought finnal payment was due Feb 8th.

Feb only has 28 or is it 29 days this year, so that is what is messing me up with the 90 day ressies.

I just know my invoice says 1/30 for the due date. I thought I remember reading something somewhere about it being due earlier than usual on the longer cruises.

Airborne - can you tell me more about it?

Non drowsy Bonine - I am not sure if I will feel sick onboard or not, but think I might take this for the first day/night.

Downy Wrinkle Release - sounds good.

I've been interested to read the information about Airborne as I've wondered about it too. Don't think we can get it over here, and we don't seem to have anything similar. Is there an ordinary tablet version rather than the soluble one?

My DH gets seasick at the sight of a dripping tap. But he takes one non-drowsy Dramamine each morning and is fine - he starts to take it a few days before the cruise. It doesn't knock him out the same as ordinary Dramamine, although he still spends a great deal of time asleep on Deck 4! I don't usually suffer motion sickness at all but on the 2nd day of our first cruise I did start to feel slightly sick, so I started taking one tablet each morning and I was fine too. I've never tried buying them over here as we always stock up when on vacation. We used to buy ordinary Dramamine here but a few years ago it became very difficult to find.

I think John will be spending a great deal of time asleep, on Deck 4 or the verandah and he won't need seasickness medication non drowsy or otherwise!!

No ordinary tablet version. You can buy it through their website too. Also, drugstore.com often has it on sale.

Well since you know the tag fairy - can you get me a tag please?

If you go to User CP and EDIT SIGNATURE you can add something after your name and tag yourself. You cannot get it in color, but you can get what you want on there.

Personally I do not think the Tag Fairy hangs out on the Cruise Meet Board as we TALK AND TALK AND TALK. The tags seem to come from the discussion board. I could be wrong though.

I thought people made up their own little sayings. I never did one so I had earning my ears under mine but I guess after posting enough they changed it to mousketeer. I thought that was just the generic sayings...although I do have to say some people do have cute ones I'm not very computer savy so my friend emailed the thread to me and I still don't even know how to post pics or anything ...I'm ok with the basics.

Speaking of me not being very computer savy where is ragdoll...I haven't seen her on the thread for a while and the mexicanmousketeers I've never seen on the thread?

There's quiet a few that I have never seen.

I'm hoping all of these people aren't cancelling their cruise. I know its a ways out but it doesn't hurt to plan ahead and look forward to it

Ragdoll is going with her DD and GDDs on the September 29-October 6 MAGIC cruise to the Eastern Caribbean with us so she is posting over on that Cruise Meet Thread more than here until she gets back.

I am over there more too, that is why I am OVER 200 posts behind here.

Deb I just made that up!!! Do you call children's tantrums a 'paddy'. Well that and our being grannies = grannypaddy!!

I was wondering myself what that was! But since I'm still in the process of catching up here, I figured it would get answered soon. What a great little name! I've never heard a tantrum called a paddy, but it sounds cuter somehow....not so harsh.

I was the queen at tantrums at our house and my Dad called them SPECIALS. Not so harsh as TANTRUM but I still knew what he meant and if I did not get my act together soon, there would be penalties.

They did not spank (very progressive for the 50's) they took away privileges and possessions. They always seemed to know what my FAVORITE toy was and it would be put in the attic.

My dolls were my children. I had been in that attic so knew how hot it was in the summer and how cold in the winter--UPSTATE NEW YORK!!. BUT I was not afraid that the doll would melt or crack, I was afraid she would DIE of heat stroke or hypothermia.
