Thank you all. We haven't spoken to our son David yet as we were out, but with my mobile phone. He obviously either didn't take his or didn't go outside to use it!! He tried to phone our house, but we weren't there of course. Anyway, found out from our daughter, and then eventually a text from David. He is going to phone when he gets home in a little while.

Yes, more Christmas expense!!!

I am wiped out...

I laid out all the girls clothes for the week....am on the fourth load of laundry (yes, we have tons!), did all the dishes....cleaned out some Easter decorations that I am taking to work (we have a yard sale cube), vacuumed and am sitting down to take a break.

Your laying out clothes for your girls is a great time saver I'm sure. Makes perfect sense to me, so understand that I'm NOT knocking the idea, it just cracked me up because I was imagining what Tyler's reaction would be if I did that for him! I can just see him saying, "What the heck are you doing?" He's picked out his own clothes ever since he started getting himself dressed when he was 2 because my choices weren't up to par with his tastes! Even at 2, he absolutely HAD to have everything matching. And when he started wearing underwear, even his underwear and socks had to match his clothes. If he wears a Spiderman outfit, he has to wear Spiderman underwear and socks.

I'm sort of bummed that I never experienced any of those hilarious stories people tell about the funny outfit combinations their kids wear when they start picking out their clothes. I kept waiting for that great photo op and it never happened!

I am going to drag out the Halloween decorations this afternoon and decorate while we watch football.

Great idea! I decided we're definitely doing ours this week too. Tuesday or Wednesday. That way we won't have to spend a 1/2 hour in the Halloween section of every store we go to so Tyler can get his fix!

Oh, I sure feel for you! Tuesday is the day you get your new water heater, right? Brrrrr!!!! Hang in there!
