Wow...just caught up

Noel-glad you recovered well from surgery and are posting again

V-waiting is hard to hear back...HR takes a while they may be interviewing others still waiting on their schedule and even if they want to hire you they usually start checking references and there is paperwork etc...its a long process ...the higher the position the longer it took. At least you called once they are reminded of you I wouldn't call again though...they don't like when people call too much it bogs down the phone line and they have so much to do. Don't give up hope their is still a chance you got it...maybe spend time looking for a different job too Good Gator game today they put up a real fight...we're watching LSU and SC now

Oh and I tried what people suggested...threw out all of the socks and got the exact same style for each member of the family...we'll see how it works but still had like 15 loads of laundry and still have one load in the dryer and one in the basket that still needs folding...almost there. After a year of no cleaning lady my DH agreed I could get one again she came yesterday so happy day here today and I'm happy to finish putting away the two loads of laundry and hopefully organize my house some time during the week(ok realistic goal is within the year )...Well, heading out to get snacks at the supermarket for my DD soccer team(my turn to bring snacks) and then head off to DD soccer practice.

I have to say....yesterday morning I was so MAD.

Samantha cut a HUNK of Haley's hair, right in the middle in the back. It's very very noticable. But I am going to leave it. I don't want to cut the rest.

Anyway I can get it to grow faster?

How is it now? A friend from our 2006 WONDER Cruise has a daughter who cut her own hair. When the Mom cut the rest to even it out, it looked ADORABLE!! Then the older daughter wanted her hair cut too, not as much, but enough that it did not get in the way when she went to the bathroom. The Mom never thought of that aspect of long, long hair.

Jan, DrHug and I have found that we are really just kids in old people's bodies! And we don't ever plan to grow up!

DS#2 thinks we got to age 40 and started over at 0. That would make us 18 now and we don't always act 18 so he is not sure how to peg it these days. But they sure do roll their eyes at us.

Gator was hit by a car and is dead. She did not deserve that at all and we wavered on our decision to send her to my mom's but thought it would be better for her.

I'm watching a Britney Spears special on VH1. I do feel sorry for her, I wonder if something happened (abuse) during her childhood that she is now coming to grips with. She displays all the symptoms. Lisa

You know, I can't imagine as a "child" star what they go through. A group of friends and I would go over to see the new Mickey Louse Club tapings that included her, Justin, Christina, etc...they were all so sweet!

Good Gator game today they put up a real fight...we're watching LSU and SC now

We are too, hoping for SC but no go! What a great fake field goal!!

Well, finally got my siggie all re-arranged and within guidelines (my cruise ship/palm tree image was too wide) and I had to loose a couple of my bouncing guys, but they can come back next spring after our cruise.

We saw Avenue Q on Thursday. It's hilarious. When the lead character Brian loses his job and has bills to pay, the cuddly Bad Influence Bears tell him to buy a six pack because it would be so much fun! He finally agrees, then the bears convince him to buy a case, since it's so much cheaper to buy in bulk.

Avenue Q is in L.A. until October 14, so you can go to both DL and Ave Q. It would be sooo much fun!

There's no way I'm going to get all caught up... but it does look like both Noel and Deb are feeling much better Glad you're both on the mend.

Sorry Nan that you are having such stressful times over your mom's health right now, sending lots of pixie dust and prayers that she gets the care she needs and is on the mend before too long too
