Deb- Good luck and get better soon. Be careful with your diet.

V- Love the pics.

Ok so here is a link to the crusie budget sheet DH made. http://www.mediafire.com/?8lo4ap9c4ru

It is very easy to use. You put in all your expeneses and it tells you what you need to save each month. It also lets you keeps track of what you have paid so far.

very cool - thanks for sharing!:goodvibes I love anything related to the cruise planning!

well the day is half over and I haven't done much of anything.

I'd consider that a successful 'holiday'!

I saw your post and went and threw in a load of towels....just so I could say I accomplished SOMETHING!

I fell asleep on the couch last night. Awakened about 1am and procceded to watch two epsidoes of CSI:Las Vegas before trudging off to bed at 3am!

Great pics V! Your girls are so adorable! I just love their Gator outfits!

Been loafing around enough. Have to force myself to go mow if I want to have time to do Tyler's wallpaper border before he comes home.

School stuff is ready for tomorrow. Tyler has had his backpack packed and sitting by the door for a week. A ton of paperwork and signed forms are in my purse ready to be dropped off when we get there. Lunch money for the week in an envelope ready to go. Lunch choices for the month circled (selected by Tyler yesterday) and ready to be turned in. Only thing left is to ask the teacher where the kids eat lunch and how will Tyler know how to get there and then find his way to his classroom after lunch. He's so excited, he's about to burst! Yesterday, every time somebody called us on the phone, Tyler told me to tell that person he starts school in 2 days! :rotfl:

Off to mow. Yuck.

That reminds me of another song

One man went to mow
Went to mow a meadow
One man and his dog
Went to mow a meadow

Two men went to mow
Went to mow a meadow
Two men, one man and his dog
Went to mow a meadow

Three men went to mow
Went to mow a meadow
Three men, two men, one man and his dog
Went to mow a meadow

Four men.........

Just keep going. I know the tune but can't sing it here!!:rotfl:

Hey, I hear Brent will be our Cruise Director. Any of you sailed with him before? I can't wait to hear that Aussie accent!

V - love all the pictures!!! I feel like I'm getting my WDW fix through them since we aren't going this year.

Sorry about tummy troubles on top of everything else.

OK, my turn to play MOM....IF your Nutrisystem is really only 1000 calories a day, I'd like to suggest supplementing some additional fruit/veggies to kick it up to about 1200. 1,000 just always feels a little extreme TO ME, and was something I could not keep up for the long haul. Or maybe just bump it up every other day or so. Some people find that varying the caloric intake helps prevent the metabolism from thinking..."Starving". I remember back from the old Weight Watcher days our leader reminding us to eat in our point range...and not just pick one particular number of points and eat that day after day. As our friend Noel would say....just my thoughts.

I totally agree with this - my nutritionist (2 years ago) put me on 1500 a day and said its ok to go over some days (by a little) but I should not go below by much or my metabolism would think I was starving. And she also told me a snack between every meal (15 carbs - 100 calories) is important so that when meal times come I'm not starving which makes you more likely to overeat. - I lost 40 pounds the first year and have kept it all off the last year.

Yea, except it doesn't taste as good and the portions are so small that it takes a whole day of all meals before you finally feel full and not still hungry.

I'll get a break tonight at the barbeque...I'll skip the Nutrisystem dinner and have my bro's cooking....we're having Mickey burgers and shrimp. YUM! I'll watch my portions and I should still be okay today.
popcorn:: :coffee: popcorn::

All this talk about food is making me very hungry...I need to go see if we have some fruit. :rotfl:

Have you had the Mickey Burgers before? Let us know how they are - our store just started carrying them and they were about the same price as the normal frozen burgers we get so if they are good we'll give them a try.

We've always had Racheal - but he always gets rave reviews on the boards.

Racheal told us that she was doing our cruise. Wonder why the switch?

Someone else had said that too a while back. But a recent cruiser just posted that Brent said he was doing the westbound and the first two Mexican cruises. :confused3

;) I've never heard that one, but I sure wish I had those 4 men (or more) mowing for me! :rotfl2: This is the longest I've gone without mowing my back yard, so it was very difficult. As I started mowing, all these cute little toads started jumping out of the grass and onto the top of Tyler's turtle sandbox! :lmao: Now, I've never seen toads in my yard before! Does that mean my grass was really that long?! I think maybe it's just the time of year because it brought back memories of looking for toads in my mom's yard every fall. But I shudder to think of how many sad little toad lives were lost today from my mower. :scared:

My mower ran out of gas with about a quarter of my back yard left. But that part never sees any sun, so it won't grow any more this year. Maybe I can just trim that part up a bit with my weed wacker later today. Have to weed wack the whole yard anyway, but it's too hot now anyway (84 degrees) for yardwork. Will finish in the evening and Tyler can look for toads while I'm doing that!

I haven't cruised with Brent. I was hoping we'd have Andy so I could hear him say "Ciao for now" every day!

I guess everyone is off having fun. We'll go in the pool when John gets home.
Have fun in the pool! That reminds me....I've been meaning to empty Tyler's because although we still have some days in the 80s, it gets down in the 50s overnight, so the pool just doesn't hold its heat anymore. End of season for us. I was so mad at myself when I mowed today because I realized I'd had the filter running still for the last 2 weeks and I thought I'd unplugged it, knowing I'd be emptying the pool soon. No need to run the filter when we wouldn't be in the pool anymore. Such a waste on my electric bill. :sad2: So that's unplugged and we'll probably drain the water tonight.
