can anyone tell I am so glad football season is here??
Sorry about tummy troubles on top of everything else.
OK, my turn to play MOM....IF your Nutrisystem is really only 1000 calories a day, I'd like to suggest supplementing some additional fruit/veggies to kick it up to about 1200. 1,000 just always feels a little extreme TO ME, and was something I could not keep up for the long haul. Or maybe just bump it up every other day or so. Some people find that varying the caloric intake helps prevent the metabolism from thinking..."Starving". I remember back from the old Weight Watcher days our leader reminding us to eat in our point range...and not just pick one particular number of points and eat that day after day. As our friend Noel would say....just my thoughts.
I do agree here. Also sometimes these 'diet' foods can contain aspartmine or however they spell it, and that can upset your insides - perhaps it is the meals rather that a bug?

I know that when I eat chips that are low fat and have the aspartmine it goes right through me and my stomach is upset for the day.
Very neat! How many days are you staying after cruise??? John and I will be there too, but since it'll be my first time....I think I kind of want to be surprised and not plan it out beforehand. Have you ever been there, V?![]()

I didn't know that....now I'll have to check the labels and see it that's in the food. Then what do I do if it is...I have a whole month's worth? I was going to finish it and then try the one that Lisa suggested. If it makes me sick, I might just have to return it and then try Lisa's.![]()

Nope...no aspartmine in any of the food or snack products. Well that's a relief. I'll keep them for the month and then check out Lisa's.![]()

Near the end of last week I thought we might hit the 25,000 post mark...then when things were so slow Sat and Sun I didn't think we'd make it. Well, if everybody checks back in from their holiday weekend...we just might see that today!![]()

we're back in Gainesville Saturday and since the game is at 6pm, we are staying overnight. We play Troy and then the following week UT! I was rooting for them against Cal - !

That's good news then. It just seems such a good way of counting calories - like having your own live in chef.
I visited the dietstogo web site and it looks very interesting. I'm just not sure about receiving all the foods frozen and my ability to microwave them into an edible state.I think I'd have to have the food shipped to work, to prevent any sitting around outside in this heat, so I'd be schlepping it home too. I am seriously considering trying this for at least a month...you've all seen how I post about grocery shopping!!! I wish, like Lisa, I lived in one of the cities where you can pick your food up at the restaurant/kitchen.
Speaking of kitchens, think I'll go scramble up some eggs...actually did make a grocery stop yesterday...needed that kitten food you know...and grabed some staples for myself.
Yes, I tried Jenny Craig once and all the aspartame made me very ill. My ears were ringing even. If you have an intolerance to that stuff it can be very bad.
