I would love to avoid the surgery but with all the reading that I have done about how if you don't have your gall bladder removed, you can have problems with either your liver and your pancreas or both. I feel that this is a preventive surgery so that whatever problems I have with my gall bladder will not contiue to affect either organ. When I had a blood test after my attack, it was clear that both organs are affected by gall bladder problems.
As for Olivia, we did the Perfectly Princess Tea at the Grand Floridian at $200 per couple with a platoon of coiffed and costumed princesses-in-training descend upon the Grand Floridian's Garden View Tea Lounge. Many opt for Disney-branded princess gowns, but a few go their own way, donning velvet capes, and in one case, a flowing blonde wig.
We also have done the Princess Storybook Character Breakfast held at Akershus in the Norway pavilion at Epcot for $22.99 for each adults and $12.99 for each child (ages 3-9). I did kind of object that a 10 year old was considered an adult. Serving a family style American buffet and features such Princesses as Jasmine, Belle, Snow White, Aurora. This special breakfast will be a sure hit with your little princesses and they will embrace a memory they'll never forget! Epcot admission is required and priority seating is strongly recommended.
Both are great, though Bailey (GD) did love getting the doll at the Perfectly Princess Tea.
Just my thoughts......
Oooh, that's scary about your gall bladder! When I had the testing done, mine wasn't awful, but they recommended that I might want to have it removed. It hasn't given me much trouble since then though, so I'm waiting.
We did the Perfectly Princess Tea (I took my sister Giuliette) a couple of years ago. It is really phenomenal, and she loved it, but Olivia's still too young to appreciate it (she'll be about 18 months when we go).
We've also done the Norway Princess Breakfast (I took all the kids last December). She doesn't really know the princesses yet though, so I'm not sure she'll enjoy it that much yet. I know she's going to go crazy for Mickey and Pooh though, so we're doing character meals with them already.
I was REALLY hoping to get into Le Celier and have a mushroom filet or into Teppan Edo for some grilled veggies, but both seem to be completely booked for our week!!!
I'll be 37 tomorrow.![]()
Happy birthday!!!
