One of my outfits is a Mexican blouse from MEXICO at EPCOT and a white shirt made in tiers (actually from India and bought at
Walmart but it looks Mexican).
To make it Mexican I wear Navaho Indian jewelry, a tie sash from Guatamala and use a Mexican blanket as a wrap.
To make it Caribbean I wear it with shell jewelry from the Polynesian Luau at WDW and other sources. I use a swim wrap as shawl.
For Pirate night I put a red vest and long black skirt over top of it. I hitch up the black skirt on one side to expose the white shirt like an under skirt or slip. The swim wrap goes around the waist, droopy on one side like an apron hitched up on one side. I have a wig I got--goodness knows where--that is long and black so I wore that in September with a pirate night bandana as a head band. I have some earrings that are skeletons--available at a bead and jewelry making store near me and the rest of my jewelry was old coins and old-looking beads on various old-looking chains--LAYERS of necklaces, bangle bracelets and a bunch of rings on many fingers.
A nice white lace blouse or shimmery fabric blouse and different jewelry makes the black long skirt into a formal night outfit. I do have a little black dress, A-line so it fits throughout the cruise (usually) so that goes for semi-formal night since it is knee length. Again--two sets of jewelry.
All outfits go with sandals, even the formal and semi formal ones--some nice black flat sandals--so I pack two or three pair of sandles and maybe one pair of sneakers but often do not wear them.
We need one suitcase for our Pirate outfits because DH has a Captain's outfit I made since he did not want to be a scruffy pirate. It has a crushed blue velvet long coat, britches, homespun shirt. One time he wore it with sandals and other time with loafers on which we made silver buckles out of duct tape. I wish I could find him nice pirate boots that were not too expensive or hard to pack.
We almost need another suitecase for our snorkeling stuff as we always bring out own. The rest of our clothes have to fit in the other bags. We have never done a two week trip so this will be interesting. We did do a week in London and Hagley for our niece's wedding in 2001 and had one carry-on sized piece of luggage each.
