If people learn about the keys opening more than one locker they will just go around trying until they can open one.
There are ABSOLUTELY no signs posted about not being responsible for items left in the lockers. If any place you would think you would be safe from thefts is a casino spa with all of the "eyes" in the sky. They have definitely at this point lost my good will and trust.
Noel,
I am thinking (hoping) that they do not employ those "eyes" in the sky in a spa locker room. If they do, do you think they would admit it?
I do, however, agree with you and everyone else on the situation. Someone is definitely asleep at the switch of customer service. Have you considered writing a letter to them? I know it works here - especially for good customers!
I would suspect that they do not have "eyes" in the sky in the locker room for if they did can you imagine the lawsuits? I am thinking about writing a letter to the casino. Any suggestions to whom I should address the letter and what I should ask for as recompense?
Exactly my point . . .
I don't know enough about casino operations to tell you who- but go as high up as you can.
I would of course restate my long relationship and the $$$ I spend there, and I would ask for what I lost - no less, and see what their response is. I would also restate how shabbily I was treated by their staff.
I forget - did you file a police report? If not, tell them you are considering filing a report - usually a public record, and they may not want to see that in the paper.
Just some thoughts.
Noel, John's ideas sound like a good plan. I sure hope you're able to get some resolution from the situation. Please keep us updated.Exactly my point . . .

I hope you feel to have had a good break and have recharged your batteries.
GREAT pics Deb! Thanks for posting them! I absolutely LOVE the turtle, but would much rather spend that money on a cruise!I'm going to try to remember to show the picture to Tyler because he really likes turtles too, ever since visiting the sea turtle farm on Grand Cayman in Sept. '05.
A chilly day by the sea is better than a boring day at work!![]()
I did indeed! No matter what the weather, it's good to be by the sea!![]()

That's what I said too, I love turtles, but I would much rather be on a DCL cruise....Hope Tyler likes it! We went to the same turtle farm on Grand Cayman in Sept. 06. I loved it there. I got to hold a turtle and I was so thrilled. Good memories!![]()

Does anyone know what the dates are for MVMHP? I see that a lot of you are doing the MVMCP and already have your tickets...where did you go to get them. Are they online at the WDW site? I won't be there for Christmas, but I will be there for Holloween this year and have never been to the party, but I hear a lot about how great it is...just wondering...![]()
