Tyler is such a cutie!! I loved the camo pictures you posted. My GS will want a party just like Tylers's!!
Awww....thanks! But looks are deceiving. He's been a horrible monster for about a week now and after he goes to his dad's tomorrow, he just might come home Saturday to find all his new birthday presents locked up and he'll have to earn them back one at a time with each day of good behavior. :headache:

Holly, you type what all the ladies are thinking, lol!

Definitely not! But it's especially humorous to watch men run naked. I have to wonder if that hurts?! :rotfl:

I'll let you know next time I try it - OUCH!

You let me know if the other hurts too for you . . . can't imagine all THAT bouncing not being both distracting AND painful (yeah, I know, depends on the endowment, not the one Noel cancelled to the college).:) :)

Getting late, time to turn in. Night all!

Lori,

I must have missed something. Is your DH a CM?

As to Cal vs. FL, I think it is all about supply and demand. Less supply and more demand in Cal. Lots of rooms and lots of choices besides Disney in FL, so they entice the locals with great deals to keep the parks busy. I don't think they care more about the FL residents - simply economics.

Yes! The cat kind of got out of the bag at our dismeet because of something that happened at the dismeet that I don't dare repeat. I had mentioned that he was before but not really often. It is kind of hard because you don't want every one to ask if he can do certain things because it is such a large group we have on here but when pixie dust is on your side like at the dismeet it is wonderful. It was not much but better than a kick in the pants.

And since I am the only man usually here, I can tell you that all the men were thinking what I typed too.

Were there any naked women in that California run?

If there were, was it like those beaches in St. Marteen where gravity and age have not been kind?

I understand completely.

My instinct thinks you are OK with this group. I am guessing no one here would impose, or expect or ask you for special breaks.

(now when can you mail me those free passes?):rotfl2:

I forget is Tyler 4 (well he just turned 5) like mine. She has not been bad at school but has been horrible at home about getting into things and doing things she knows is not acceptable. I think testing the boundaries.:scared1:

Night now for sure. You guys just kept me going a bit.

Oh No! No one here ever would. But it is weird to be going on vacations with the same company that you work for. I guess people that work for airlines, hotels and things like that run into it also. I won't say much but you don't really need to ask because I can't deliver if you know what I mean. Oh my gosh!!! I am getting so old I missed your fine print!!! There in the mail!!!

:welcome: :welcome: :welcome:

I will have an 11 yo boy on the cruise as well as a 12 yo and 14 yo.
:dance3:
Come on in and join the party!

Everyone asked the pilot if he was the same one who got us safely back, when he said yes, they said GOOD! I figured what are the chances of something like that happening twice in a row? I thought I was probably on one of the safest flights in the sky!

Of course, Airtran was once Valujet . . .

EEEEK!!!! :scared1:

Good job getting rid of some stuff! I used to do that on ebay with Tyler's old stuff, but have never heard of Craigs list (except for somebody mentioning it on this thread a while back). I'll have to check it out!

DITTO!

I never got a response to my 2 voice mails and 3 e-mails requesting full refund, but today I got an e-mail from Paypal showing receipt of a full refund from them (including the fee for 1-day FedEx). :cool1: Thank goodness! I thought I was going to have to go postal on them (yup, former postal worker).

And now, back to getting caught up!

Glad to hear we only have to read your posts and not about you in the news!!

And the worst part is that the teenage years will make these early years seem like a cake walk!

He is home, waiting for his passport to come in the mail and a friend to decide if he is tagging along. He has decided to do London ONLY for one or two weeks and to stay at a Hostel he found online.

He is just taking it easy. Does not want to work or worry about anything for the summer. OK with me since he did so well.

He got a thing in the mail today from the Navy. They offered him up to $180k in medical school and living expenses PLUS a $20k bonus, commission as an officer upon graduation, monthly living stipend, etc. etc. Sure sounded like a great deal to me, but he won't even consider it. He wants nothing to do with a military career.

Sounded like a great deal to me - no debt upon graduation . . .

London is such as fun place for him to go. I know I would go and visit family in a hearbeat at that age. We have so much family all over the UK that visiting and staying in a "caravan" at family homes saved my middle DD and sister much money.

If Alex needs help or contacts in the UK, let me know. My Grandfather remained a British citzen til the day he died in 1986 and I have family in the UK.

I guess I have watched too much ER as sounds like the same deal Gallant was offered and he did not make it home from IRAQ!!!

I vote for the debt and no military!! I am way too worried about where the military may be sending docs these days and about their safety!!

Yes, there always are but I am not sure you would like to see the pics. Often times the naked runners would look much nicer in clothing!!

Finally caught up here, but have to go to sleep now. My pillow is calling my name! :goodvibes

I think the CA locals have not yet caught on about the FL discounts or something as there are many other choices beyond Disney hotels.

Just my thoughts...
