Hi Marilyn, I think it's just you and me on here. I didn't get on all day because I think I caught Karen's tummy bug. Slept most of the day, now I'm up at this odd hour.

How are you, what are your plans for today? I'm taking mom for another doctor appointment later today.

I promise I didn't send it along with the wine!

I still tire easily and feel very dizzy/weak on and off throughout the day...

Deb, sorry to hear you're feeling yucky too. Sending wishes for a speedy recovery.

Off to work....and......the gym again. That will make 5 times in a week. If I continue this pace, I'll be shopping for new clothes before I know it! Not sure where this round of motivation came from, but I'll take it! I guess I need to buy a scale now, but I'll wait a couple weeks (at least) if I can stand the anticipation. I can't wait to see if there's any result.....but I do remember that I usually gain first since muscle weighs more than fat. So I probably won't weigh myself until I see my clothes getting loose.

Had a good time at the gym, if one is really able to say that! It was a 1-2-1 with my key instructor, so I had to work hard on the circuit. This is interval training, and I did well apparently!!! Need a lie down now!

Did a great hooping class yesterday. Do you know? 10 minutes of hooping uses 100 calories!! Our instructor was at classes last week taken by a lady over from CA - they were hooping with fire hoops! It is such good fun and the 'in' thing at the moment. Do try it if you can.
