Not sure I should post this, but I have 73 developer points left from our buying into DVC. It seems there is no way we can use them. I have already booked 3 nights for us at DL for after the cruise, and I wondered if anyone is interested in doing this too. It would be cheaper than a cash ressie.

I have also seen reference to a website for this cruise with a password, can we gain access and how do we go about it?

Is anyone prepaying their tips? We have thought about it, would like to have as much paid for before the cruise, any thoughts.

Hi Joseph, it seems John answered the website question, but as far as getting a room assignment, it seems there's no way of knowing when that will happen. I was GTY, and NOT paid in full (have only paid my deposit), but was assigned a room fairly early. Others have paid in full but have no room assignment yet. No way to know.

I think some people mentioned planning on prepaying tips, but I haven't decided yet. I'd like to, just so that's one less thing to worry about at the end of the cruise.

The truth is that there are a lot of people like that in Ohio too. Amy was telling me about two women in her department (both married) who got in a fight because they found out they were both secretly dating the same "other" man!

I just got mail from the dis in my mailbox! Lots of it! Looks like it's working again.

My box is now overflowing with DIS email Kind of like "be careful what you wish for"

THE GIANTS ARE IN THE SUPERBOWL!!!

I'm so shocked and elated!!! I did fall asleep, but then I woke up and rewound and watched and when they had to go into overtime, I knew it was over because they lost the coin toss. Then I watched them steal the ball back and have another chance at a field goal and just could not believe that they got it! Talk about a nail biter!

I know they don't have a chance going up against the partiots, but at least they're in the 'show' and they have a good chance to try. Now the superbowl is going to be twice as exciting to watch for me. I'm so excited, I still can't believe it! GO GIANTS!

Congrats on your team making it to the superbowl. I think you have the right attitude. Look how you being sure that would not beat GB worked. Your right they really have no chance

I do know what geocaching is . . .

. . . someone hides a "prize" and provides coordinates based on satelite GPS information. You use your own GPS to find the prize (even though you have location, it is often hidden) and either replace it, or add a prize for the next person to find. Kind of like a scavenger hunt of the tech age.

Yep that's pretty much it. An other way of explaining it is "using billion dollar technology to find tupperware in the woods."

We have friends who go geocaching. It's challenging and lots of fun.

People on the west and east sometimes are confused about the states in the middle

1. Wisconsin (big surprise)
2. California (where I hear they're happy)
3. New York (this really did surprise me)
4. Pennsylvania
5. Minnesota
According to this website: www.nass.usda.gov
the top 5 beef cattle producing states were:
1. Texas
2. Kansas
3. Nebraska
4. California
5. Oklahoma
Note all but California are part of the Great Plains States.
