I aged out of the knights before the Lawn Chairs. But Drum Corps was a Blast. I loved Hawthorne, and Malaguena gives me goose bumps, still.
Garfield has been around forever, and will probably always be. Too bad VK is now defunct. I favored the old style Corps to the new ones in some ways. But the new style is still pretty awesome. I love it when the Corps turn in to the stands and the Power knocks you out of your seats.

I have a question - I booked this cruise through DCL and am being tempted with OBC's being offered.

I am scared to transfer a cruise - especially one that is sold out.

Anyone have any advice?

I would switch with no question.

I have booked as many as 50 people with DCL and switched. Often, my church will travel together.

Thanks Marilyn! I feel fine, I'm just way too sleepy to cope today. This might sound awful, but we discovered some "Wind in the Willows" videos that we haven't watched in a long time, and Tyler asked to watch one after breakfast, so I'll nap on the couch while he watches that. It always puts me to sleep for some reason, so it's a perfect one to pop in when I'm already sleepy!

He will probably just do Lookout State Park, maybe check out the driftwood at Cape Meares and run on the sand dunes a bit. Sounds like you had a great trip!

We did have a great trip. One month in a motorhome with a 12th grader and an 8th grader. They were good travelers.

Some of the sites to see were planned and some spontaneous. We had wanted to go to Crater Lake but the highway to it was socked in with fog so travel was prohibited. We went to the Aquarium instead because it also dawned on us we had seen a lot of geology and no zoology.

I think at Mt St. Helen's were went only to that Ranger Station because the look-outs were not built yet. I don't think the roads were built yet, it was all so new.

That is great. I have been reading your comments about worrying how the cruise will be for you. I think that too many people let others convince them of what the "perfect" cruise entails. I know that on our first cruise we didn't see the adult pool or palo or even an official excursion but we loved it enough to rebook for the next year...and so on. DD3 wouldn't stay in the clubs...she wanted to spend time with her daddy since he wasn't traveling for business. We had the BEST most relaxing time ever!!! I doubt that at the end of the cruise Tyler will be talking about everything that he didn't do or "missed out on". He will be telling everyone he sees about what you guys did on the ship. That is what matters.

How wonderful!! What a perfect way to state this idea!!

I think they are really good, and Pj the inserts are fab. I like the one without the DCL the best. Are we planning on printing our own off or how will it work? Or has nothing been decided yet?

See Dennis, that is the point, choice for everyone. The options are on the graphics page of the website and each family can make a choice.

If the gifters of the lanyards choose to, I will add the back option with their DIS names as well. I will do the lanyard gifters option or the castaway cay option, but that is just me.
