I just posted this on the CB board and thought you would also get a good laugh out of it.

I was soaking my foot in a tub of warm water to make it earier to get the stinger out of my foot. My 2.5 year old daughter, Molly, comes in and we start talking:

Molly: Mom what are you doing?
Mom: Remember how I tell you that you should ALWAYS have your shoes on when you go outside?
Molly: Yes Mommy
Mom: Well I wasn't wearing my shoes and I went next door to see our neighbor and I stepped on a bee.
Molly: Well, Mommy that's ok one time I stepped on a L

She is now 10 and we still ask her if she has stepped on any Ls lately.

And, no, we haven't booked our flights--to FL or home from Ca. Not sure how long we can be away until closer to the cruise and waiting for SWA to post some prices.

Actually, there will be two Bobbies in the picture. It will be the brothers reunion. We have, what was called on the Bobby Trip report, good Bobby staying with us. He decided to come on out to the West Coast for awhile. I just posted some new pics of him at Castaway Cay from last month.

Bobby has a trip report that you know the address of? Can? Should? the pictures of Bobby in Indianapolis be posted there? Under the psuedonym of BAD BOBBY or just Bobby? If it is as Bobby, no one needs to know that he has a body double, right?

We are beside ourselves and it is the top story on the news!!!!! Of course, our houses aren't built for it either. I know, I know, I can hear you laughing at us all the way out here. Seriously, you guys are the second story on the news and every news break.

We used to live near La Palma and Brookhurst, by Martin Luther Hosp. I know how cold 58 degrees feels there. LOL. But I remember 28 degrees there; some Januarys. That would eat in to your bones.

Sadly, no. They wanted to charge $170 to do it here. So, I spent 3 hours doing it myself. I then did a 20 minute workout on it.

Vacaville has a pretty good Gap outlet. They have all clearance 50% off right now. They had some mens dress shirts that had been $34 for $5 after all the reductions. Also the long and lean jeans I like I got a few pair for just under $10.

The Napa Gap outlet is brand new and has a ton of good things in it. I guess they are trying to get people hooked with good deals so they come back.

Oh and let me know any day you would like to meet and shop. I am ALWAYS down to shop!

Lets plan something in feb. I need so cruise wear but I need my rebate to pay for it!

I took my kid and her friend to see nation treasure and LOVED it. It is the perfect movie if you're tired of violence/sex/language. Which I am. And the historical tie ins are great. Have a good time.

wow - that's great! I remember the Just Say No lecture we got in school along with the police showing us all the different types of drugs.....not sure everyone was even paying attention.

Yeah V. I remember when my kids had those talks. That always said, "Just Say No", but never explained why you should say no. I went to my son Jeff's 5th grade class and did a talk for the kids about why to say no, and it was great. The school had me talk to all of the 5th graders that day. That was scary. LOL. It was a lot of fun, and the applause was fun too. My son told me that the little girl next to him said that his Dad was soooo cute. (blush). That was a hoot. Of course, that was a few years ago AND SHE DIDN'T SEE MY pASSPORT PHOTO.

One question on your Christmas story that piqued my curiosity. What were you doing working on the show Full House? Just curious, we used to watch it all the time.

I used to be in entertainment, worked on Full House for two years as a producer's asst. and several other shows, then I owned a comedy club in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA. DH & I met because of the comedy club (on the anniversary of my fire) Now, I'm the director of drug education for about 50 high end private schools in CA. My husband and I started this lecture series 12 years ago combining science and humor to create drug education that was really fun & interesting instead of boring, dry, creepy "just say no" programs. Now, we teach parents, teachers, students as well as write and publish much of our work. Now all the celebs I used to work for are my parents at the schools. Most of the people you see on TV, news, politics and in the movies are our clients. We're Hollywood's little secret.

Yep, cold! It's warmed up more than predicted here - we're at 66. We can do that. You were just on the other side of DL from me.
