My Mom could take the photo for us with my Dslr that way we have a copy in case the one from Shutters doesn't come out or the photographer is late or no shows or something.

A rain date would be wise maybe if the 1st sea day rains we could do it the 2nd?

OK THEN if there are no objections, let's do it on the secret deck on 7 at 2:30 pm - right after lunch - on our first sea day - Monday May 12th.

We need to do it after our day at CC so we can all get some color in our faces, we don't want to look like winter yuck!

If this is not a good idea for any reason, please speak up now......or forever.....you know how it goes.

Works for me - I'm pretty sure our picture had over 150 people in it and we had plenty of space.

A little about us: There are 3 of us, Jonathan (DH), Kelly (Me), and Zoe (DD4, will be 5.) We are drug prevention lecturers and speakers - sounds boring, but we've blended science with humor to teach in a really fun way. We live a few miles from DL and went on the B2B 25 day Med cruise last year


We're really excited and feel a little more set now. Have a good day everyone.

We spent today at DL - it was great - perfect weather, no crowds, we walked on everything! Even Space Mountain and Soarin. We live in San Diego East County so we drove up for the day.

Half the time I don't make it to Goofy's pool for the sail away party.....and I really want to be there.......just not happening most times. I have been there twice I think and have cruised 5 times now. Day one is nutso!

Happy Birthday John!!!!!(sorry its late).

I had a long day and came home to a kitten at my back door. I went out to see it and it was very skinny. DH and I brought it in (its in the bathroom). We will take it to the vet tomarrow. Our cats hate intruders and know one is in the house!!! It was really weird, the mom cat was with it and dopped it off, watched us take it in and walked away!!!!

We have lunch, go to the room and start unpacking any bags that have arrived, sometimes go to a 3 pm DIS meet, then drill then back to the room to finish getting settled in before dinner. Not really too hectic for us, unless we are with a group of 13 or so that have never been on DCL before! That was hectic!

That's who took ours. Then we just went to Shutters and asked for it. When they ran out they printed more. They put a caption on it too with the Cruise dates, Western double dip and our group name so they would probably put Ship of thieves on ours along with the dates and Westbound PC Repo.

We don't have much luck uploading or downloading here.....dial up! But, who knows maybe by cruise time we will be in Montana where they actually have high speed internet!! Speaking of, someone wants to come see the house around 2 tomorrow. Looking for some Pixie Dust!

Picture date looks good to me. I won't schedule a spa time! ha. Glad to hear tylers condition is being handled. Sounds like you have a good plan.

Well I came home today to ants! ugh! I hate the rain, cause it drowns their home and then they come into my home. I put out the "bait" and am hoping it helps take care of the situation.

I am not paying the balance of my cruise off until the 25th. I just want to get all the free time possible but I want the payment to post so I can book the excursions on the 9th.

On the plus side, I went shopping tonight and bought new pants 2 sizes smaller! yea...I was so excited I even tried on those 200 jeans. I'd never fit them before and now I can. NOW I didn't buy them cause I'm not crazy and btw they were so low I swear my butt crack was hanging out..but it was just nice for them to actually fit.

If it's good for everyone, we'll put it in the mini navigator that seaulater is doing and everyone gets one....also the master dis list is going to be in the mini navigator.....so everyone will be well equipped and well informed.

I like the idea of a back up day/time. Also what if something really great is on for that day on the ship??? Oh my the problems are allready begining for me, I'm the queen of I want to do it ALL!!!!!

Last time we all met at Storyteller's, which was a blast but expensive ($28/pp) because with our group size (38 adults and kids) they would only do the brunch. I'm fine with wherever...and DTD is fine also, if that's centrally located for all.

So, please PM me with your location suggestions and also if you'd want to come, how many would be in your group.

Sorry I just read you suggested a pm, duh....anyways we'd like to come, depends on the date(s) it could be me and the kids or all of us. I don't have any great suggestions for meeting place, I'm open to whatever. What about in the park????

I don't object at all but I have three comments.

1. I think we should have a rain date all picked out. That way if the weather is bad we con't have to get to everyone to pick another day.

2. We haven't talked about this for a while, but I think we were going to play Bunco this afternoon as well....I think it was supposed to be the first sea day. I am waiting to see who has cancelled and I will re-post the list of Bunco players.......

3. Can we wear either solid lime green or solid white? There is no way in the whole wide world I could get Daniel to put on a lime green shirt.....just would not happen!!

As for cuff links...

I saw some on the ship and in MGM at the shop that is on the right side opposite of where Sunset boulevard starts. There are lots of mens items in the back of the shop.
