It's a world of laughter,
A world of tears.
It's a world of hopes,
And a world of fears.
There's so much that we share,
That it's time we're aware,
It's a small world after all.

Chorus:
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small, small world.

There is just one moon,
And one golden sun.
And a smile means,
Friendship to every one.
Though the mountains divide,
And the oceans are wide,
It's a small world after all.

Chorus:
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small world after all.
It's a small, small world.

OK, I miss-understood. I thought she meant what comes after "It's a small world after all..." I did know all of the words to both stanzas!

BTW - my husband can't stand (loathes) that song!

Ok, Holly, I don't know how you're still awake. I'm outta here...'night all!

Carolyn, dreaming of midnight laundry and mousie bits

Karen: My husband hates it tooo :lmao: so sorry honey we have to ride it over and over again and again and again....

why are all of you up so late, shouldn't we say good night now?

That's still one of my favorite memories from the EB Repo trip in 2005. Hearing the Horn in the Canal and all of the people on the banks cheering when they heard it!!

Wish we were in the same time zone. We both seem to be night owls that still get up in 5 or 6 hours!

My husband lived in Holland, MI and most of his family is still there (thank heaven they don't live close) (Did I say that outloud?)

Karen, wife of been2marceline

Yup, I sure am a night owl! Probably because I'm used to staying up late to study. Since I'm taking this semester off, I just don't know what to do with myself. Hmmmm....maybe sleep would be a great idea!

I've only been to Holland once, but I was only 3, so I don't remember it. Just saw pictures a few times. Actually, I also went when I was in maybe 6th or 7th grade---when spending one of hundreds of weekends at my grandma's house in South Haven, my aunt took me to Holland to go to a mall because South Haven didn't have their own.

Just catching up while I'm watching the news... oh wait, it just ended, guess I have to get some work done before heading to bed.

My husband says I'm addicted! He's the one that started me on this in the first place!!

Hence his login name!

Karen

Karen: Time to come up with your own login name...:goodvibes

Insomnia drives me nuts! :upsidedow

I'm outta here (for real this time).

Hey Cindy: I think you booked that quickie weekend cruise to avoid having to tell your kids about Panama....you must tell them, the supense is killing me...:lmao:

But really, kudos for you for the weekend plans. Do give more details...airfare???

I'd love to pop for a weekend mini cruise for Easter break, but I guess that rate wouldn't be that fab huh?

How about SillyWillyNillyOldBear. Oh great...now that song is going to be stuck in my head!

but you have no one to blame but yourself for that....:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: ok blame me see if I care.:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Insomnia? What about sleep deprivation?

I know, I know, I'm one to talk. I'm usually still on the board when the UK'ers say "Good Morning"!

What time is it in Michigan right now anyway. I know that they don't do daylight savings in some parts of the state so it's either 1:30 or 2:30 am.

Love it!! Or just SillyOldBear...

Hmmm.... Perhaps I need a small smackral of something to help me think.

think, think, think...

Leno is on,:happytv: DH went to bed and I have to take the kids to school in the morning (yes remember I married the pope, he gets up and makes them lunch and takes them to school...I sleep in) (man I feel like I should be in wifeswap after telling that) so I really have to get to sleep or I'll be a mess in the morning, more than I'm normally a mess.

smackral , just wanted to say that word before I went to bed....smackral

2:30. Yeah, I know! This is my final post....pulling myself away from the computer. Alarm goes off at 6:45. Thank goodness for Mountain Dew in the morning. :thumbsup2 I'll catch up with the rest of you night owls during Survivor tomorrow night. Have to briefly pop over to my other meet thread before signing off. Fortunately, they've only been doing about 3 pages a day. Easy to stay caught up with those folks.

He IS wonderful! I am always the first up (almost always) during the week. I'm in charge fo breakfast, lunches and carpool. But my husband will take on some mornings. Our DD is in Chorus at 7:30 am! EW, not great for a non-morning person family!

You and I really are on the same bat time, same bat channel.

I am usually going to bed at 2 to 2:30 ish and my alarm goes off at 6:45 as well!

I do get to go back to sleep a couple of mornings a week for another hour after I prep the kid for school and I usually get to sleep in on the weekends.

Sleep tight, no dreams of Heffalumps or woozles!
