Bad mom moment here.....my folks brought an Easter basket for Tyler and told me to just give it to him from the Easter bunny. Well, I already have all that stuff for him, so I've been eating the candy they brought! I guess I should head to the store and get my own candy!

The Birkenstocks are adorable, but too expensive! I looked at the very cute Lellie Kelly shoes today too, but I can't pay that much for a foot that grows that fast.

so yes to Chili's....my coupons expire on 3/31 so we need to use them, we have 4 for the new burgers (bzzagent). Maybe we can meet for lunch one day next week to use the other two. I think kids meals are 3.99 with a drink so should be a cheap dinner!

Regarding Shoebuy the answer is YES!

I stumbled across Shoebuy (no pun intended) last summer when I was trying to find some Crocs at hopefully a somewhat discounted price.

I then ordered replacements for a pair of Rockports for work that had worn out. The prices were cheaper than local stores, free shipping and I save the sales 10.25% combined Illinois/Chicago/Cook County sales tax (incentive alone to shop online).

I am always getting discount codes via email, and because I've ordered from them before, I also automatically get 5% off on top of whatever discount code I used.

For these formal shoes I used a 20% discount code, and with the additional 5% got 25% off. So, given the low prices and discounts I would say it is well worth it! (Add in the 10.25% I save in sales tax on top of that too!)

It generally takes between 2 and 3 days for the shoes to arrive.

This recent spate with the formal shoes has been the first time I've had to return anything, I've returned 4 pairs in all and it was super easy. I just went online to do the return, printed the UPS label out, taped it on the box, and dropped the box off at a UPS store a couple of blocks away from where I work.

The problem with the shoe sizing being wacky was the fault of the shoe manufacturer, not Shoebuy. The sizes they sent were correct as marked in the shoes. It just so happens that the manufacturer's sizing is way off.

That is probably way more than you wanted to know!

Same here V. I weigh 10 pounds more now than I did at 9 months pregnant. But I'm healthy, so it's all good!

OH YEAH! Every day he tells me something else he can't wait to do. Latest I heard is that he can't wait to hug Pluto!

My husband, Chuck and my son, Mike are actially interested in what's happening on the DIS BOARDS! Chuck thinks we are all nuts, of course, but he desn't want to be left out.

He even wants to join the LOST BEER BOYS!!!!! He is not a joiner! But of course that includes beer...........
