ok, I hate to admit it, but for convinence I might try this...easy to store in a big way.

I have heard nothing but good things about the Target wine in a box LOL and I am serious. I have yet to buy any though I mean with all the Napa wine right here it seems like a big no no. :rotfl:

Why would you want to purchase tickets if you are already a passholder?
Isn't the Dining plan free with hotel stay in September? Connie

Until late 2006, you had to buy park tickets with your resort stay to participate in the Dinning plan, then DVC was allowed to buy the DDP without buying park tickets, many did not need them as we get a discount on APs. Now even normal/resident Ap holders can buy the DDP without a part ticket, with a room only reservation. In the past they would have to buy a single day ticket to add to a room ressie, then they could add the DDP, now that single day ticket is not needed. This is cool. The free dinning plan in the fall required a purchase of at least a single day ticket.

Some airports will confiscate corksrews......honest. I have not checked the approved list again, but this has happened (right in front of me)....no it was not mine.

Ours stays in the outside pocket of our checked bag. But if you don't want to bring one your stateroom host will get one for you along with wine glasses.

The fee is $15 a bottle right? Can you open your own bottle at the table or in your room and then bring it to the table or do you have to bring it one glass at a time? I can bring my own wine glass if need be :)

You can pour a glass in your room in the wine glasses provided by stateroom host and take that to dinner. If you bring the bottle, corked or uncorked, they will charge you the $15 corking fee, plus tip.

Nan, Molly's new haircut is very becoming and she looks so happy in the pictures! I hope by the time you read this you're feeling a little better about the whole thing.:flower3:

Do I understand correctly that you have a Tinkerbell costume?

There are probably 1001 different uses for a Tinkerbell costume.

Oh, if you only knew...

I don't think it would be right to bring your own wine in the bottle to the dining table. Maybe a glass, ok. Connie

We brought a bottle that we made to dinner the last night of our last cruise, paid the $15 plus tip. We saw nothing wrong with sharing that bottle with our tablemates. Figure we paid DCL $15 for our own wine so they made out.

Ian, it's pink for the pink champagne girls! I personally can't wait to see Cheri in her outfit especially with her wand and pink tiara! Her name is Sassy Bubbles.....she is our mascot......you had to be on here about a year ago! Ha Ha Ha:laughing:

Sassy Bubbles' assistant mascot is Cork! We've got it all worked out!

Wow! A year ago! I was just telling someone today about all the new friends I've made online that are going on this cruise. It's really amazing! People from all over the world--literally!

 :dance3: :grouphug: :flower3:

For those sitting at my table...be warned...I will have a big paper cup o' wine at our table. Just to white trash it up a bit...:rotfl2:

Hey! :yay: :yay: I can go with no shoes to the dining room and the head waieer won't kick me out! Hurray! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

not if we all show up bare footed!!!

see, I told ya, you need to give her the doll and borrow that dress! :goodvibes of course all my pictures are for stealing, now if you make any money on them I expect my cut :rotfl:

IN RUM!!!

I am heading to bed for the night. It is after 11 and I have to get up early and get the kiddos to school.

I want to thank everyone for their open invitation and loving hearts and kind words. Although my husbands death was the result of an evil act, all the love that I have received from all corners of the my world, leaves me still believing in the true kind and loving nature of mankind.

Good night for now, but I will have more questions tomorrow I am sure.

Tammy

I was just asking what the rules are as of course I will follow the rules. Unless I can get them to change them and bend them to suit my very own needs.

Just kidding! :rotfl2:

The only rules about bringing wine to dinner is that if you bring the bottle they charge you.

Tammy- I'm so sorry for your loss!! I know how hard it can be!!! Although the days seem long and then blur together you will all get through this! I lost my husband 6 1/2 years ago just months after my twin daughters were born!! So I have been through it! But thankfully for you and your kids they do have memories of their dad and this will help them! I'm having to create the memories for my daughters which is so difficult!! My prayers are with you and your family!!!!

And yes, you definitely need to get away!!!! I hope you all will be able to relax and just have fun!!!!!

Blessings, Laurie

I was originally booked on this cruise when it first came out but had to cancel due to problems with the school district. My husband did pass away recently, and the school districts, I had to deal with two, did understand under the circumstances that the kids and I needed to get away from the memories and the press since this was a murder by a burglar.

My son, 16, has been suffering from high blood pressure the last few weeks (we are trying to rule out organic causes), I guess the strain is too much, and my daughter, 10, is having constant back aches, I assume this is stress and I had her checked out at the pediatrician today who said it might be stress or she could have strained somehow. I am a total zombie and I am hoping the this cruise will enable us to forget our troubles for a while and laugh and have smiles and fun again.

I think I am too late to get in on most of the stuff you guys have been planning for over a year, but in a couple of days, I will send our info out, I saw a thread about it. I would like to attend some meets or whatever you guys have cooked up. I haven't had time to do any planning. I just have the cruise booked and airfare booked. But I still have time.

Thanks for listening, my DH was a great guy and very loved in the community. We will miss him forever.

Tammy

Tammy, my heart breaks for you and your children. Of course you will be able to join up with the activities. Get the website info from PJ and then decide what you want to join. :grouphug:

Ok, here is my opinion about the juice fast.

First, it is not a diet plan.

You are VERY, very tired at night.

I also got some severe headaches for the first few days.

Lisa

I have cut your post to what I wish to respond to. Please note this is not all of Lisa's comments.

Ok, no diet, no good for me. Might be good for some, but that is mostly my goal.

Tired isn't going to work for me either. I already have a low threshold on this issue, found out today that my thyroid is still low, having to increase my drugs on this topic. I also have work pressures that can be unpredictable and have to work when it's there regardless of the time of day or night.

Headaches are the actual deal breaker. I have migraines so I can't layer more on top of that.

Thank you for the honest feedback. The benefits do sound valueable, but not worth the trade offs for me at this time in my life.
