I expected that garage was looking at the door but no they took my car and told us come back for 2 pm.I was with two kids and took the bus home, end up bus inpsection told me that my bus passes was out of the date. He took it away:scared1: Olivia fell and hurt her hands.Look not good morning is it!!

Why does everything BAD happen in one day! I am so sorry Olivia fell! Here's some pixie dust hoping to make the rest of the day better! pixiedust:

I had asked this before and wasn't sure if it has been answered, so here goes again, sorry.

With the new rules about no food in checked bagage when we embark, does that apply to baggage we will be going home with as well?

Nope...no food going out either At lease that's what they say, but I know people take home rum cakes and such. I wonder if they take it from the ship in carryons and then put it in their luggage after? Anybody know?

Ask and ye shall receive. Although it did seem weird doing it up without ANY Disney characters on it!

Love it, thanks!

Darn it, I missed it again. 2 weeks in a row and it's not on my on demand listing with the cable. maybe on ABC.com I'll have to look, thanks for the reminder.
such drama!

I saw Kaylee suggested Aloe, we use that too and it works wonders.
well, it's tan now, but yes....aloe is great. We have lots of large aloe plants in the yard, they are good for lots of what ails ya!

wow we certainly are working our way right to the next thread.
Holly that is great about flying, I hate the drive from here to Orlando, I couldn't imagine more!!
It was 49 this am....very windy so it seemed colder! Can't wait to be in hot weather!

As I sit here at the emergency room with Frank, I can say with some authority "getting old is hell".

I am sorry for your grandma, I will pray for her.
I hope Frank get better soon too. Thanks

I don't know if this will keep your hopes up but my dad had a trache and a feeding tube for three months last year (he did not have fluid in his heart) and besides having no muscle tone, he made it. The doctors told us he was not going to make it. He slept most days about 16 hours after he got out of the nursing home but he is now doing normal activities just not as he used to. Everyday he gets better. He had hard fluid in his lung that they had to do surgery to remove. The doctors said they had never seen anything like it.

Sorry to hear the news Jill. Just give her all the hugs and love you can while you're there with her. I'm sending you prayers and pixie dust that she recovers quickly.

So Sorry for you! I hope your grandma gets better soon! Big hugs! :grouphug:

Jill Many hugs and I hipe Grandmother gets better!!! :grouphug: :grouphug:

Thanks for all the hugs and pixie dust. When they transfer her she will be closer to us, so I will go see her more. I am very ready for this trip.

We are leaving DL on Wednesday 27th May around 1pm, so have decided not to get a park ticket for that morning(about $30 or more extra for that few hours)

Would anyone be interested in a final breakfast at Storytellers that morning? I know park time is precious though.

Angie and Dennis. Are you still around? I know you would probably want to get into the park early though.

Ugh- so far behind again! I will check back in later though.. just wanted to say

GET WELL EVERYONE!!!

It sounds like everyone is getting hurt this week!

Lisa and Jill - lots of love, hugs, prayers & PD to you & your families

Thanks a lot for posting these instructions! I never can figure it out...going to give it a try:

...

You did such a wonderful  job planning their special Easter treasure hunt! And the photo's really let us get in on the joy! :mickeyjum :goofy: :tigger:

thanks!

OK, now I'm really confused. I know you cannot take off any fresh food. But what is wrong with packing rum cakes and liquor?:confused3 Surely DCL wants to make all the sales they can. It would be quite a hassle to carry these items off and have to safely repack breakables. And how would they know what you pack in your luggage going off the ship? Are they going to x-ray or open every suitcase? They sell these things so why would they expect you not to pack them? This makes no sense...

Lisa - I love all the pictures! Glad everything went off as planned!

That's why I'm confused...I know folks buy the rum cakes, but I remember one of the times boarding was delayed was because the dogs did an 'alert' on a piece of luggage that had food in it??? :confused3 Woody, was that one of your cruises?

. time to hit the shower and take sister to the airport :sad1:

Request fulfilled! no need to PM me.

I'm leaning towards Version 2 because the pic in Version 1 is a little dated as my youngest has grown up quite a bit since then. What do you think?

I LOVE IT!!!! Could you make 2 of them for us?: Connie, Chuck, and Pat

Here's a photo of Chuck and I and Pat. :

And one for Mike:

oh, thanks!!!!

very cute Connie!

I was reading the thread before us and they are still waiting on room assignments. I am not sure a letter would do much good though, I think if you accept gty then that is the risk you take, although with the craziness of booking day I am not sure how everything played out. DU must have had room numbers already given as I have had it from day one...but then who wants a 10 anyway??

I think we should say to start rallying by 6PM then? My plane gets in a tad after 5PM and I just have to check in and dump my bags. Yes, the area to the left of the lobby. Folks can grab food from the food court/restaurants and we can just do a very casual "come & go" as people arrive that evening. Those who arrive very late should peek into the BAR to see if any of us are still hanging out. :lmao: (Though I want a good sleep that night as we will have a busy/exciting day ahead of us...hopefully Monica and I won't be up too late chatting...that slumber party syndrome.)

Oh Holly, I'm so glad you are able to do fly in...I was already starting to worry about your drive. See above for initial plans for the MCO/Hyatt meet, if you do end up staying there.

Still have lots of pages to catch up on...maybe there's more news!

.

:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: Are you trying to say some thing here???? :rotfl2: You mean you planned to sleep!?!?!?!

Holly - even if you don't stay at the Hyatt, but instead at another airport hotel - come on over (or do a quick stop by)! What time are you getting into MCO?

Ken - THANK YOU so much for my signs! They are sooooooooo COOL!

Mike is still GTY, but he really doesn't care what type of room he gets. But if I had a family, I would like to know, just for planning! I guess since we used DVC points for ours, they let us know right away, but we are still "waitlisted" for cat 3.

I bought Pat a Captain Hook costume from Disney Outlet online. I sure hope he will wear it! He's been boycotting costumes with hats lately. But he might wear the outfit and then wear the hat for the photo's! I'll have to bribe him with coffee!
