We have possibly 32 and 19 confirmed. I'll PM everyone as we get closer to the date.

I can't commit to this one yet, but I'd sure like to come! Kids might have a performance that day. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and we should know in a couple of weeks. We for sure have to miss the one this Sunday morning because of HSM. Call time is noon and there's no way we could make it.

I keep reminding myself that it won't be that long until the kids are gone and their activities won't rule my life and I'll be SO bored....

Now I just have to get Merry Maids (or someone) in here next week to do the scrubbing of bathrooms and floors and I'll be all set for my company on the 14th.

Back in my working days, I had Merry Maids come once a month. I used them for years--they were great!

Now, I'm my own Merry Maid (usually not so merry)

I do have a housekeeper who comes twice a month, but it's not near enough, and unfortunately my tendency is to sort of "wait" and leave things for her to do. Like vacuuming! If I don't do it early in the off week, I tend to just say, "Oh, well, she'll do it on Monday....! YIKES. (Those of you who vacuum every day are probably horrified!!! )

Unfortunately now the kids are starting to pick up that habit. I've even noticed that my ds will bring his laundry down on Sunday and throw a load in to the washer, then the dryer, then put another load in the washer, knowing that she'll fold both loads on Monday! BAD habits!

We do too every other week she comes which is not enough ...I still make my DK make beds and clean their rooms but they could be doing so much more and I could see my DK picking up those habits that you mentioned too. We are talking about trying to not have her come or once a month for deep cleaning so the kids could do more but the thought of no help Of course, DH says he'll keep the landscapers so that he won't have to maintain the yard

Just thought I would post some pictures from yesterday and today.

Our bird feeder being over run by Cardinals. Later I got mad because Grakels (big, ugly blackbirds) and red wing blackbirds moved in and took over.

The snow in our front yard was at least twice as high as Mickey.

And finally a couple taken of our back yard today. Thank goodness the sun is shining. It is supposed to be 50 and rain by Thursday.

How long have you been gone? Lots of changes the 28 years I've been here, that's for sure!

It was tough getting up this morning. My first WW meeting was at 8:00 AM which meant I had to be there at 7:15 AM. That hour made a big difference!

So far so good for the first week of the staff spring weight challenge. I lost 3 pounds (1.63 Kg) this past week.

Now I get to relax this afternoon before my REAL job tomorrow!

Another reason to love living in AZ---no daylight savings time!

V, I am so far behind, but if you don't want her to attach to her thumb, go buy some of the paste that you paint ion the finger and makes it taste so bad, they can't suck the thumb. It worked for my niece.

I think I need to look into that.

Help. I have a question for the Mac Geeks. How do you get PhotoBucket to let you download bigger pictures. When I had my PC my pictures where bigger when I posted them. Since I got my Mac they seem to be small.

somewhere in the right hand side as you are uploading, there is a max file size option/indication. I have mine set at 15" screen. This forces all files to a max of that size. If it is not that, let us know.
