Bargain Alert

OK this is my bargain alert for today. Amazon has a pretty deep discount on a Philips digital frame. It is $49, which is a $100 discount.

I got this about a month or so ago, after I realized how much I liked seeing our photos on Mrs Bennett.

This Philips frame is terrific and our photos look great. I love the idea that our hundreds and hundreds of digital photos are no longer frozen on a computer.

It is the Riu Santa Fe in Cabo, it should be a $10 taxi from the marina. There are varying reports about how swimmable the beach is. It has several pools and is All Inclusive. We are booking a room for the night for 2 adults and up to 2 kids free for $160.

We've been to Cabo a few times and know that Medano beach is not for us. I was hoping to find a non-vendor not so busy swimmable beach resort for the day with a decent pool. This cost as much as anything else but includes food and drinks, so we are going with it.

You said earlier that you have been to Cabo a few times. Do you know how far the hotel is from Cabo Wabo? There is no address on their site but it does say:

Why don't you get acrylics just for the trip? I am a total nail biter which is why I've had acrylics since 1983!!! It would look so nice. See there, I just gave you something else to think about -forget it - don't do it. It's not a big deal.

My DH likes to say the only thing about me that is false are my acrylic nails...my appointment is at 9:00 on Friday.

Someone suggeted today I go to work on Friday to have one more meeting...

ok, the girls have been seriously driving me nuts...they must sense I am stressed...we went to pick up my watch and then to the Disney store and to publix....have I really created such monsters? Aside from them begging for one of everything they had to continually poke each other to see who could do it the hardest.....I am failing rapidily. John sensed my tension (well, it was pretty obvious after I kind of went off on him) so he scooped the girls up and took them to the beach. It is so quiet here....aside from my typing you could hear a pin drop.
I am enjoying a glass of chardonnay and starting the shrimp pasta.

Wow, that's amazing! I've had this set for about a month and it was time to get a new one - you wouldn't believe what I went through to get them off!!!

I have the acrylic over my regular nails and remove it about once every 4 months - sometimes longer - I have a great nail tech - never any problems.

and sitting here looking at these monster bags thinking of more things I can shove in them...

oh and my pirate costume came today.....I like the hat....the rest makes me look like a stuffed sausage link! Oh well....just look at the hat ok?

I know mine do feed off my stress...when ever the Outlawz are coming over, they get this way too. But I think they are excited, they are driving the teachers at school crazy...I think they will pull their hair out if they hear Disney Cruise one more time.
