was that intended?

I keep forgetting to tell you - I did what we PM'd about anyway - for inside your cabin. You can keep room keys and other small items in it to keep it organized.
 :worship: Going to PM you in a minute.

::yes:: you should, but only if you did buy that lime green formal you were flashing around a while back. If not then I don't care what you wear.:lmao:

Ok now stop talking guys, I have work to do here. The financial statement is not going to finish itself.:scared1:

V, you and I are of the same great mind...

Did anyone see any great things on the DCL site to buy as room gifts? There isn't anything special for this cruise, same old stuff, right?

I just told Paul that he so kindly offered to get Molly & I the Robe set with Sparkling Cider....and then I realized that he may want to really shop for us, so I'm sending him the link too, but nothing else on it was a to die for.

If you book him I believe that the reservation system will spit out a comment that says you need to book a portion too. Have you booked it yet? If not try it and see if that works.
Yup, booked it last night. Nothing like that came up, so I'm thining all is good. :thumbsup2

Holly, Dad should really talk with him. It's not ok to ignore kids on these kind of topics. I think I'd print it and give it to Dad.
I think I'll at least answer his question in a very general way and then tell him he needs to ask his dad again and I'll let his dad know I told him that and that he needs to give him an answer.

Oh man, how will I know? I kept re-reading the info on both ports that have this, looking for hidden costs. We can't do it if I have to pay for me too. :guilty: I guess I'll look closer today if I get a chance.

PV ~ Dolphin Kids does requires an adult observer $35
~ Dolphin Encounter under 12 requires an adult participant in the encounter
~ Dolphin Swim Experience under 12 requires an adult participant in the swim

ACA ~ Dolphin adventure requires an adult observer for those 5-12 yrs $35.

Cabo ~ Dolphin Kids parent free of charge (a ticket is not required) from the observation area!!!!!

Oh crap. I didn't see that and I thought I read it carefully. It's the dolphin kids one in PV, so I guess I just add $35 to the price. Well, actually, I guess I'd better head back and book the observer for myself. :guilty:

Thanks for the info. I'm glad I thought to ask....otherwise I would have been surprised onboard I guess.

Oh....wait! I didn't see your Cabo info before. I guess I can book that one instead, cancel our PV one, and not have the extra expense. Thanks! :)

Holly I had to add on, I forgot that there were dolphins in Cabo! go back and read it, it is good news! Why not do the dolphins there instead? What else did you have booked there?

Pj

Just reminded Paul about it. He says he is going to use his cell phone. I thought he would pack the clock, but nope

Watch for the cost of people calling while he is on the ship, even if it goes to voicemail there will be a charge.

I didn't have any excursions booked anywhere. We weren't going to do anything.

The reason I liked the PV one better is because it includes lunch and it says on your way out you can stop and see the sea lions and some birds wherever the dolphins are. But to save money, we'll book the Cabo one. I still don't see the info about an adult needed. Strange.

Holly that would be the $35 for the observer, lunch and transport. Makes sense. The extras are way down in the fine print, third or fourth point down.

I see that listed under Dolphin Observer, but right above that, for Dolphin Kids (in PV) where it lists price, it says Adults N/A, Child $105 (ages 4-9), where the other says Adults $35. Maybe I'm blind.

You have Tyler signed up, so just ask on the ship if you have to pay.

OK, there must be more info below where I can see. There's no scroll bar on the window when it pops up, so I can't scroll down to see more, so I assumed what I can see is all there is. Good grief, this is crazy! Sorry to sound so dense.

OK, thank you. Only 2 bullets under Additional Info pop up on my screen, so that must be the cause of my confusion. Here's all I can see:

Additional Information

  • Lunch (salads, Mexican dishes, sandwiches and burgers) and a sparkling soda are included.
  • Wheelchairs need to be standard size and collapsible; no electric wheelchairs permitted. Guests must be able to enter and exit the water on their own.

I'll just drop the one in PV and sign him up for the one in Cabo. It's all good! :thumbsup2 He probably wouldn't eat the lunch the other provided anyway. ;)

Holly in PV you don't have to purchase the observer, but then it seems like you can't even go with Tyler on the excursion. He would go alone with the group. I automatically assumed that you would want to go with Tyler, was I correct on that?

* Parents and guardians must book the Dolphin Observer excursion in order to accompany their children during this excursion. Additionally, because children are supervised at all times by a nanny and instructor during this excursion, parents and guardians are invited to participate in another Dolphin experience at the same time as their children partake in this excursion.
