We're mostly packed just need to go buy another suitcase tomorrow night. We seem to have alot of "stuff" for this cruise in addition to the normal things.

So we're going to have 4 checked pieces (3 large suitcases and 1 duffle) plus 2 carry-ons each - pull behinds for each of us, backpack for me and camera bag for Darrell.

Some flip-flops

big week tomorrow monday, Cinco de Maio. Wilson has a dance at school during the day and again at night, should be the start to our fun week, tuesday out with moms from school, wednesday frantically pack since I didn't tonight, hmm thursday I think I'll fly to florida, anyone else doing that?

For me it will be pretty much bread and cheese. And later the scones and cream of course!

From what I remember of the Escape Lounge they didn't have much at all other than packets of biscuits. The old BA lounge in T3 was far better, with toast, fruit, cereal etc. Perhaps the Escape has improved since our last visit. It was 2 years ago.

To be honest, I generally don't eat much before I fly so breakfast is a waste.

Perhaps I'll just wait until I can get to Logans in Orlando and have a good steak.

The Escape Lounge has croissants and other pastries, toast, fresh fruit prepared and whole, yogurt, crisps, biscuits,cereals and milk. Hot and cold drinks and alcohol if you so desire at 8am!!!!

Hi everyone!

Just checking in and giving an update.

We are now in Vancouver at my Dad's apartment waiting for the flight tomorrow morning.

I'm getting a little better with my tonisilitis so should be no problems with the flight and the rest of the trip!

Going to have some supper here in a bit and then hit sack at about 8pm so we can get up at 3:30am!

Whatever isn't packed isn't needed now!!

Hope everyone is doing well, I just don't have time now to catch up.

I am in Nashville now.....I made it though the weekend...can't believe it.
Gretchen ended up with 5 High Gold Medals and 1 Gold Medal!! That is awesome!

The 4 shows went off without a hitch....they had 1100 people come...that is $11,000 for the Middle school Mission work. The show cost about $2,000 so they have $9,000 to plan the summer mission work with. They have NEVER had that much money so it is awesome!!

I don't want to go to all these sales meetings....maybe I can sneek out and just go to the pool!!

Well done Gretchen and great news on the amount raised.

How am I supposed to sleep tonight?

Weird story...on one of our recent cruises a DISer had a plastic sword confiscated when boarding. He had to go buy one onboard. True story, but makes absolutely no sense.
