Getting close for everyone now Deb!!! I've forgotten when you fly.

The bags are packed and we're ready to go. Just have some last minuted things to put together in the carry on. That's it!

We fly out on Thursday morning but this is the last weekend we have so we wanted to be finished.

We talked to Sandi in Florida today. She and Joe and the boys are meeting us for dinner at our hotel on Thursday night. So that will be nice to see them for a short visit and catch up. They love life in sunny Florida.

We do our mani/pedi when we get to Cocoa Beach.....then go to Fishlips and start having fun with our Diser family of friends.

I have just finished packing apart from last minute things. Not setting off till 2pm ish, so no rush in the morning.

This is what our seat will be like on our flight on Tuesday. This is John the last time. It is a bit blurred. There is a foot stool under where I was standing and the seat turns down into a bed!!

Champagne goes on the little shelf at the side!

Is that the Virgin Atlantic upper class seat? Or first class seat? The last time we flew to England, they were just starting to install them in their planes. I think it's the only way to fly!

Gee - I go out to buy airline compliant luggage and come home to find that there's a new thread.

I'm fascinated to know just how big everyone's suitcases were, that so many people are buying new ones to comply with the airline rules. I thought ours were a good size, but they're well within the 62" rule.

I will try! We have attempted it our last 2 trips. The first time the message came up to check in a the airport as normal, and last time it would have allowed me to be checked in but not John!!! It doesn't seem as important with travelling UC though.

Yes Connie, Upper Class. We treated ourselves a couple of trips ago, and seeing as though this is a special trip we are doing so again.

We are also flying home free! Our son, Mike, had all these Southwest flights to use up and he "donated" them to the cause! Such a good son! I guess we'll keep him.

For those of you taking your laptop:

This is my first time traveling without mine and I'm worried about the number of pictures I take. I always uploaded my pics from my camera to laptop every day. If I bring a bunch of CDs, along with the thingy that hooks up to the computer where I put my camera card into, will somebody please let me come to your cabin & use your laptop for a couple minutes every other day or so to clear out my camera? Please, pretty please? Buying extra SD cards just isn't in the budget right now, but I have a bunch of extra CDs lying around to do this.

They will open your suitcase if you pack it, but I think you will have lot less problems doing it that way then carrying it on... Those people are not calm about stuff like that. I have seen a lot of older women in tears over lotion, men with thier bags spread out all over the place and a lot of key chains mailed home because of dangerous weapons.

No, we don't eat at the Radisson. We usually treat ourselves to Harry Ramsden's in Terminal 1.

Am debating breakfast at the Radisson even though it's not included in the room price this time. Don't think much of the current UC menu.

Well I had been thinking we wouldn't need a big breakfast because we'd eat on the plane, until I saw the menu.
