David just informed me that he asked his former secretary . . . to house sit

. . . She's a complete neat freak
I'll bet when you get home, all the magazines will be in chronological order.

We went with Disney - one advantage is you can check your luggage on board.....Not sure how that works but there is a new coupon in my travle docs that says it will work for selected Airlines.

Good Luck.

My thoughts exactly!

Good Afternoon Everyone (time 12.03)

I took Olivia to the doctor this mornng as she was nervous and I told her not to worry. Doctor checked it and said that she had got insect bites. Olivia said she had been on the grass and played the football at school lunch times.

Could be that. No cream, no antiboites (sorry cannot spell that), nothing just leave it as the big spot was down this morning so can see yellow spot. Doctor said if leak bring her back. (i hope not)!!

I relieved now not chicken pox or impetigo.

I had not good sleep last night, worry lots of things. Stress gulp.

My husband had been big argument with his horrible boss. He told my husband that he sack him. then after that his boss cool down and laugh off. My husband said to me he cannot wait to see his face next week when he hand his notice.

Now I thought myself oh positive as Cruise is two weeks tomorrow :cool1: :cool1:

And it is FRIDAY   but I am working tonight huh lol.

Deborah - so glad Olivia is ok. Sorry you were too worried last night to get a good night's sleep.

Here's 1 less thing for you to worry about.....I received our Order of the Ditch certificates yesterday :goodvibes

I still have to get all the stuff together for my geocaching talk. Shannon still has some sewing to do. And we probably should get the house in some semblance of order so it doesn't make us cry when we get home.

I always cry when I come home.

We've been talking up the cruise and now MIL and FIL really want to go. I can't find them a stateroom. It would have been fun to have them along. Maybe next time they'll listen to us when we ask them to come along on a trip. :thumbsup2

Lori - I thought of you when I was getting ready for work today. I was watching CNN Headline News and they were showing the band of really yucky weather going through your area. Stay safe.

Geez, I simply cannot believe that I disappear for 3 days and you guys almost completely fill up a whole new thread!!! Are we getting excited, or what????

I'm finally coming up for air for just a second. It's been a CRAZY week, full of emotional roller coaster rides! The kids had callback auditions for Les Miserables on Monday and we had to bite our nails waiting on the results of that one. Alison was beyond ecstatic to have been cast as Eponine, but Erik was devastated that he was edged out for Javert. It came down to him and one other boy, and the other guy got it. It's especially hard because this same guy (he's a great guy and extremely talented!) swooped in at the last second and beat him out for Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing.... as well as Troy in HSM just this past fall!

Then, because we're insane, we "have" to (it's an even longer story, but it's political) also do Cinderella this spring (R & H, not Disney) and Erik is up for the prince. After the huge disappointment earlier in the week he REALLY is hoping for that one! Last night was callbacks, and we get to bite our nails again until Saturday when we find out. :scared: Alison is hoping for the Fairy Godmother. It looks like it's between her and one other girl, but she doesn't really care that much. She's so happy about Eponine that nothing can faze her.  :cloud9:

As if that weren't enough, they're both starring in a charity production of You're a Good Man, Carlie Brown (Charlie Brown & Sally, respectively, how cute is that???) to benefit families of kids with autism. The production goes up next Thursday and Friday and we're all losing our minds. Erik doesn't even know all his lines yet!

NEVER AGAIN will I commit to 3 productions at the same time; NEVER!!! Add in Alison's gymnastics schedule and we have a bunch of folks ticked off at us (I don't blame them in the least!) because we keep having to leave one place early, only to be late to another.

If we all arrive on the ship with a twitch, you'll know why! I keep telling Erik, especially (who's trying to keep up with 3 honors classes plus Anatomy, Algebra 2 and Spanish 2) that we only have 10 days until we can put it all on the shelf and just relax! I just hope none of us ends up sick from the stress!

Wow, I didn't mean to post our life story, but sometimes it helps to just sort of spill it all out!

Anyway, I probably won't have time to post much before we leave (You think???)) but I do try to read a bit at night (when I can't sleep from the stress!) and I wanted to say WELCOME :flower3: :flower3: to the new folks and to report that we got our DOCS yesterday afternoon!!!:cool1: :cool1:

Good luck on the roles.......try to get some time in to relax - but if not, bear in mind that in 15 days you will be on the ship with a DOD in hand

Have you paid for DCL transfers? Or if you pay for the DCL bus, is that also the Hyatt Bus? Are they the same? I don't really know.

I purchased the DCL transfers....no clue if they're 1 and the same :confused3

I may just lug my stuff to the bus pick up near baggage claim. I have 2 spinners & a backpack so should be ok.

I will be handing over boxes to their owners at the Hy to go into the Hummerzine.

BTW - where is the Hummerzine picking you guys up?

1 o'clock, come on afternoon, fly by!

I need to take Samantha to get some dress shoes, other than that she is set.

What is everyone wearing to board?
