Congrats to Alison. Would she mind if I asked her for an autograph BEFORE she gets all rich and famous and "Hollywoodized"?:goodvibes

She would laugh! She always gets a kick out of all the little girls who ask for autographs after a show. (It's always the girls, you know?) She's always been in the ensemble up until a year ago, it it just amazed her the first time someone asked her for an autograph!
 
David just informed me that he asked his former secretary (a doll, whom I just adore!) to house sit for us while we're gone. We had talked about having one of the many older teenagers in our sphere come and take care of the cats, but he felt it would better to have someone staying here, and she's thrilled with the idea of 2 weeks away from her adult kids still living at home!

So NOW I get to add the stress of making sure my house is clean and organized before we go. She's a complete neat freak and I will be stressed out the whole cruise thinking about her being in my messy house if Idon't! AAARGH!

The twitch is officially started....


Advantage of having the adopted brother stay at the house,....it does not need to be clean.......
 
I'm putting together yet another list for the website. I'm listing room numbers, number of fishgifts, DIS name.....very simple. I need to ask a few disers their room numbers because I still have them as gtys.

I am FINALLY caught up!!! Whew! Of course, am about to go to lunch (in about 10min) so I'm sure I'll have a lot of catching up to do when I get back.

I am already bouncing off the walls.....

A/C people come tomorrow (were supposed to be here last Sat but there was damage to the coil so had to reorder).

Friend is coming over to see all the new clothes tomorrow eve, then we'll go do dinner.

Either Sat or Sun I will be heading over to the MK.
Holly I will be looking for the badge for Tyler.

Anyone else need something from there? Going once, going twice...

I still have to organize the outfits and pack.
Ordered new memory cards and an extra battery- still waiting on them to come in. I think I just have to buy 1 or 2 more items then that part is done.

I still need to let the Post office know to hold my mail while I'm gone, and need to reserve my sedan transportation back from MCO home (I keep forgetting to do this!)

Hey John!! any more updates on Manuel? I hope he's still continuing on the up path.:hug:
 
Can you go ahead and put extra money in your cruise account before the cruise? I would like to in order to take advantage of the "no interest" part of my disney visa for my shipboard charges but you do not get the 6 month no interest, payment if you charge it onboard - only items that are charged before the start of your trip. Anyone done this before?

I would think if you buy yourself a stateroom credit it would work in the way you need it to.

Just checked the Air Canada site and they have just implemented the $25 for second piece of checked luggage....however they did it right

Following baggage allowance applies to customers:
Who have booked on or after May 15, 2008
Who are traveling on or after July 15, 2008

So we should be OK...:thumbsup2

But in typical money grab fashion ...
If you decide to fly with NO checked luggage they will only subtract $3 from the price of the fare. If they are charging $25 for a piece of luggage, shouldn't they subtract $25 if you aren't bringing any?

As most of you know our original order for lanyards ran out. We've had enough people ask for additional lanyards, so we are officially ordering more lanyards and badges.

I am looking for 2 people to donate $20 or $25 whatever you can swing- please PM me if you can donate. You can pay cash or paypal. They will be regular green instead of lime green with no imprinting, but I will make a badge that matches everyone elses. This means we will have many extras if anyone loses their lanyards or ruins them in some way. I'll bring blank badges also for extras or for mis-spelled names etc.

If you are still interested in getting a lanyard please PM me with your extact names for everyone in your party by Monday at the latest!
