We take Cold-fx....I read where airborne was proven to have mis-represented it's claims to help fight colds...one article called it worthless

Yeah, I read that two. I just know if I take it when I'm flying I don't get sick, and when I don't.....I do.

Airborne is in the midst of a big lawsuit here for false claims. I have never felt it was a good product but I know many patients who think it is wonderful. Personally I use Immune Fizz, made by Zip Fizz. It was designed by a doctor and has a bit more punch to it in terms of herbal support. The kids get 1/4 packet 2x per week all through the school year and they have been healthy, except for the time I took them off and Tay got that horrible flu. We'll be taking that with us on board plus my selection of strange, rare and peculiar meds!

Oh, I haven't heard of that one. I'll look for it....I'm up for more herbal support!

We are SO EXCITED about our trip! I can't believe it's been over a year since we booked it thru Costco. Best deal around!

First time with DCL for:

I grew up in Burbank with my mom working for the Studio. Visited DL at least once a year and then worked there from '90-'95. We are now in Chino about 35 minutes from DL.

So pretty nose ring and all. I like piercings myself so I think it is very beautiful.

I personally do not have a problem with it but get really tired of people asking "is that a nose ring?" I live in a town that is in the bible belt and some don't approve of them but she is an adult and can do what she wants - but for me getting my ears pierced was tramatic - could not imagine anywhere else. I HATE NEEDLES!

Since we are telling how to pronounce names mine is KRIS and ANN (Krisann) it is compound word - should be easy to see that but I always knew when teachers or new people got to my name on a list - there was this pause and then they butchered my name - putting letters in it that were clearly not there As a child my nickname was Krissy and that seemed to be easiest for everyone!

That is on my list to do to have it framed for them - they just moved into a new apartment. Wish someone from Germany was coming on the cruise and could take it back the hard part is mailing it

At some point during the DIS meet last weekend (Venetia, was it you at breakfast, or did I dream it?) said that the Hyatt folks are gathered together and put of the first bus. Can anyone verify that?

Of course, I'll be in the Hummer with the COOL PEOPLE! (royalty even)

The two times I've done this we went down to sign up for the buses and those who signed in first went on the first bus. The Hyatt folks all sign at the same place and they board them in that order. You may be on the first, second or whatever.

Ok I am all caught up from last night . . . . where has everyone gone now

I have lost a suitcase somewhere in my house - I need to find it - it has those 4 wheels on it and I love that so much. We are just 11 days from leaving - I think I am going to find 3 outfits per person and make everyone wear those for the next 11 days so I can pack everything else (of course I will wash them each day. It is really bugging me to not be packed.

Hyatt people sign-up at the Hyatt and board buses over there, they do not have come over to the normal terminal to the DCL bus. My friend Janet, took the Hyatt DCL bus and arrived about twenty minutes after me and DM who were on the first terminal DCL bus.

So is it better to do the HY bus or go downstairs to the DCL bus? Also do you know if they HY bus uses the DCL buses? (I want to ride in the newly (not so newly) painted buses w/ the portholes)

We've been talking up the cruise and now MIL and FIL really want to go. I can't find them a stateroom. It would have been fun to have them along. Maybe next time they'll listen to us when we ask them to come along on a trip.

Good morning. We will be WDW in 11 days! Our grand adventure actually begins in 7 days. DW does count that as the beginning, since the first few days are "working" days. We have to oversee our church youth at a cowboy festival this weekend with record setting weather expected. Looking so forward to this trip!

The only thing is I do not know if they will pick up your luggage from the hotel (you leave it outside your door tagged) if you go over to the terminal - they seemed to have a list of those at the hotel so they knew what luggage to pick up and check you off the list when you check in - in order to go to the terminal you would possibly have to lug all your luggage there too - for me I hate lugging my luggage so I personally would not do it - 20 minutes is not that much difference for the hassle factor for me.

Going to post this again as we have had a few people join us of late and we can't let them miss out on all the fun.

I have designed a few magnets that many on here have requested to decorate their doors for the trip. Below you will find each design I have done so far. If you are interested in any of them please PRIVATE MESSAGE (PM) me with your request and the particulars that I require (should be stated with each design). I ask that you PM me because you might have noticed how fast this thread moves and I don't want to miss any. It's just easier to keep track of.

The details: I don't actually make the magnet, just the design. You will need to copy the link and save the file and then print it out and use one of the various methods to apply magnetic tape/magnets or whatever works (remember NO TAPE on doors just magnets). Most of these I have created for use on a business card sized magnet. However, we have had people say they merely put it into Microsoft Word (or other such program) and expanded it and they have had success at making it larger for their needs.

The last day I will be able to take requests is Sunday April 27. That will give me some time to do them up and to make any corrections that may be required before I leave.

Can you go ahead and put extra money in your cruise account before the cruise? I would like to in order to take advantage of the "no interest" part of my disney visa for my shipboard charges but you do not get the 6 month no interest, payment if you charge it onboard - only items that are charged before the start of your trip. Anyone done this before?
