Really, I thought I would wear it again. It kind of looks like a nice, beach cover up kind of thing. Maybe a port dress.

It's just me. As I have gotten older my wardrobe of tshirts and logo items has dwindled significantly.

SPRING IS FINALLY HERE

The signs of spring are
we just had our first flood warning,
we can finally see our deck,
I spent 1 hour doing pooh pickup in our back yard

and wait for it

there's a lineup at the Dairy Queen

It's a little different there than in AZ!

Last night I posted about the sneak of "Young at Heart", but I didn't tell you they nearly stripped searched us to get in! Actually, everyone was told to return their cell phones to their cars or they would be confiscated for the duration of the movie, plus purses were checked (for electronic devices) and we were scanned with metal detector wands. They seemed pretty serious about pirating They guy from Fox Searchlight said the are getting pretty cranky about movies (or parts thereof) showing up on the internet before release date!

OK...off for another fun day in TV land.

Do you get tickets for these screenings because of your work connection or can ordinary people get in on them? Just curious, since I live too far away to take advantage of them. I was reading about the movie online last night. It looks great!

Cheri, I knew about it because my friend was at the Sedona film festival (her sister works for Harkins up there I think). So some of the film festival patrons had tickets, but it was open to the public too ($10). This film opens tomorrow or Friday in NY and Chicago. If you want to race down here, they are showing it at the Harkins 101 again tonight! But I'm sure at some point Harkins here and/or Sedona will showing it.

.BTW, the friend I went with is a school teacher/librarian here in Phoenix, we should get together next time you're in the valley.

You don't want to ask me . . . I would say NO. Last week one of Sophia's ears got infected - after two hours of her trying to take the back off last Saturday, I pinned her to the floor, and when I tried to take the back off, the entire earring came through the back.

Nothing is worth that!

Oh my is her ear alright now? I cannot imagine how much that must have hurt to have the whole thing pull through like that! Poor baby I bet she wil be scared of having earrings for a long time!
