Very cute kitty!

OK everybody, this might be my last post of the day. My computer is about to die permanently. I had problems a few months ago with the screen bouncing up and down often and my friend told me he thinks it's the video card about to go bad, whatever that means. NOW, it looks like a staticy tv station -- and I can barely see anything, so I'm going to use these last few minutes of it's life to save all my pics to discs in case I can't get back on again. I hope it's not too expensive to fix because a new computer is not in the budget until next year. :sad2:

I'll check in when at work tomorrow during lunch.

We must be jinxed - my laptop just died -I was chatting away and zilch - zero - nada - goose egg - nothing.......geeez.

got home. Made a huge pot of chili and some tacos, John is off to his game and the girls are I are going to hunker down on the couch and keep warm! John is off tomorrow and we are supposed to head to WDW after work but I really don't even want to go...isn't that terrible?

Oh yummy, Can I have some:thumbsup2

Hello

Ah, Florida - We love Florida as our four times visit in May but we won't be travel around in Florida, we go straight to Cocca Beach for two night before the Cruise.

I am thinking maybe we will wear the Scottish tee shirt on first day??

I see nothing wrong with "Zed"! In fact that's what my daughters say regardless of Sesame Street and other US programming.

When I was in high school we had an exchange student from Australia in my math class. On one of her early days into the system, we were writing a quiz and she turned to one of the loud outspoken jocks and asked to borrow his "rubber". She learned quickly the difference here in Canada. ;)

well, the spellchecker does not favour the zed's....:rotfl2:

WHAT? :scared1: :scared1: I don't think I have ever heard these words before. V, I'll be flying down first thing tomorrow to go in your place:lmao: I understand and once you are there you will have a great time...it is the thought of packing, driving, etc but I need to hear about your trip so I can not miss it so much:thumbsup2 Have a great time:hug:

Scotland & England, No Irish?

I showed it to Ian and he said UK

Never see it before.

Scottishwee35

And he is correct - Nemo me impune lacessit is the Latin motto of the Order of the Thistle, a number of the Scottish-based regiments of the British Army [1] and is used on the Royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom in Scotland. It is often translated as roughly, None provoke me unpunished.

I googled too quickly.

Hello Hollytyler

How are you? I hope you are keeping well and Tyler is fine?

I am okay, still have the cold. Never mind.

Cannot wait to go on the Cruise

Scottishwee35
Hi Deborah, I hope your cold goes away quickly! We're both fine here. Tyler is at his dad's until Saturday afternoon. I'm going to relax tonight and maybe get to bed early.

Yikes! My friend has 2 laptops that do that when they overheat...and he even uses one of those chiller pads. Crazy.

anyway, I born in Scotland, Ian born in England

Irish comes by way of Canada on my father's side....so I can celebrate the
17th of March legitimately. Mother is British so I am closer to the English, Scottish and yes, even Welsh ties.

I love it:thumbsup2

Here are the photos which I gave to Ian for Xmas 06.

I am proud of it
