Hello!

We are visiting Seattle as the first part of our trip before the cruise! Sydney to LAX then Seattle - anything you can recommend that we should do in Seattle - we have already booked our Boeing tours... Thanks!!:)

As mentioned, the Underground Tour is supposedly amazing...actually have never done it, but hope to some day. The Space Needle...just because it's there and if the weather is good the views are amazing. Pike Place Market...fun to walk around, see the flying fish, great cheese shops, arts and crafts. Woodland Park Zoo is a beautiful zoo, but nothing specific to Seattle. I would also head out I-90 to see Snoqualmie Falls...if you are going to have a car it is a 30-45 min ride out of Seattle and there is a small nice hike there. If you want more specific info or have questions, feel free to PM me and I'll be glad to help.

Thanks....I guess I still need to do some more experimenting with the camera. It is on ISO auto...would think that would be ok. I am sending off pics to walmart today so I'll let you know how those turn out and that should answer if it is the camera or printer....

ISO auto will have the camera select the ISO level needed to get a "better" shot. Sometimes that will mean a higher level ISO if the object is dark and thus a "noisier" pic. Generally it works ok, but if you are trying to take an indoor pic without a flash, the camera may try and compensate with increasing the ISO to a higher and noisier level.

Let us know what happens at Wal Mart!

Why is it that every time I plan on starting back up at the gym, a migraine pops up! ;) Will pop Excedrin and hopefully it will go away before I get out of work.

Hmm....I wonder if anybody would notice if I watched "Lost" online here at work! :lmao:

Marilyn, not sure if Doug will want to do it either but if we girls decide to do it I bet they will join in just so they aren't left out of something. :lmao: :rotfl:

Carol

Rich said he will do it. He said by the 11th day of the cruise he'll need the exercise. :rotfl:

I hear you!!

Tonight though, I plan on getting home, knocking out some laundry and then running for 30-40 minutes and then maybe some laps in the pool to cool off. Been really watching what I eat lately and kind of have to force myself to eat dinner, I like to cook it but am really not hungry at night.:confused3

John has been hitting the gym faithfully - moreso with weights than cardio. His arms are getting some definition now!

I was trying to write down what I think I can save before the cruise and realistically what $$ we will need...I am finding this the biggest challenge though.

I'm telling ya, we might want Wilson to join us. He is sneaky and good. He is small and can pretend he is not Eavesdropping and get all the good info....it's not really cheating if a child does it on your behalf is it?

(just pretend you never saw this post, it never happened)

AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

So this is how you're going to play the game, hmmmmm? I see :3dglasses

He's just a kid, he can be bribed with candy. We'll get him to be counter intelligence for our team. :cool2: Better yet tempt him with an arcade card.

I think John will by that time in the cruise too! Unless he is permanently asleep by then!

We have to exercise to warm up here!

I do wish I could be at a point that I didn't want to eat.:confused3

I have a contact in Southern California, not far from the port who has a store. Let me check with them and see what they are willing to do for this cruise.

That would be fabulous if they would be.....they should get a big truck and meet us at the port :rotfl:

Well - it appears I may be able to stay caught up today.....with the weather in the Northeast, flights are being delayed/cancelled left & right.

I am right now on hold w/ Continental - need to reaccommodate someone who is flying to India tomorrow....the wait time they quoted me was.....
170 minutes!!

Good Morning Alll,

Carol,

Do we even know what airport we will be flying out of. At this point we can't be sure we will go out of LAX. Off to work in SOOOGY Texas.

Doug

Hon, Someone posted earlier that DCL transportation only goes to LAX so since they are planning our air I have a feeling that is where we will fly out of. :confused3

Thank you! That would be awesome because the only thing preventing me from shipping stuff is not knowing how to get it shipped back since I'll be going straight off the ship to the airport.

Linda, as others have said, this would be great. It would definitely make packing easier.

A big banner of the deck plan would be goooooood!!!:rotfl2:

I want someone experienced on our team or I'll sulk.:snooty:

Experienced or not, let the games begin!!!!:woohoo: :lmao: :cool1: :rotfl:
