Hey, maybe that means they're working on getting us a stateroom right now and so we can't have access!!!! (I can always hope!)

Whenever that happend I think they are doing all our stateroom allocations!!! One day perhaps.

I am a first timer and am going to be booking Palo (hopefully) on Sunday. Can anyone tell me what time the madness begins? I believe it is @ 9pm for Sunday the 25th for us in the Pacific time zone. Thanks!

You are pretty close, AAA rates for GC $325, DL $266, PP $216, HoJos way way less.

I can't pull the kids from school another day and feel good about it, two are missing 10.5 days and the oldest one is missing 5.5.

I don't think this is a once in a lifetime. I could make DL happen another time if we really wanted to, but from CO we always think may as well go to FL and really do Disney. But we will be right there...

OK, here's the rest of the story...

My cousin lives in No. Calif. (near Mendocino). Obviously she wouldn't be able to come to my House Party, but I invited her, and also her daughter (who also lives in No CA), so they would be able to enter the guest sweepstakes.

She, her daughter and granddaughter came on the last cruise I went on (June '06 Western). It was my 3rd cruise, their first. Of course we had a wonderful time and wanted to go again someday.

So she calls me today; I see her name on the caller ID and answer. The first thing she says is "Guess what???" At first I drew a complete blank, then it just hit me! I said, "You won the sweepstakes!" and she says, "YES!!!"

The most interesting thing about all of this is that when I was trying to decide who to invite, I'd considered asking her, her daughter and granddaughter. I went back and forth and ultimately decided to ask my sister and two friends from here. I felt a little guilty for not asking them. Well, I guess there was a reason I didn't ask her...

So she's going to go on the same cruise I am, which is Dec. 7. I don't think I posted what I finally decided to do. I chose Dec. so I could see the ship and CC decorated for Xmas. I have no idea what the weather will be like; hopefully OK.

Today we talked about going to FL early and doing WDW since neither of us have been, so I hope that works out.

UNBELIEVABLE! I can't believe our good fortune! I'm just giddy!

That is just so perfect how it worked out. I love it when stuff like this happens.

This popped up, I don't remember seeing it before. Has this always been there?


You can reserve cruise activities for all Guests in your stateroom or other staterooms linked to yours. Note that while you are arranging activities in My Cruise Plans, no one else in your stateroom or other staterooms linked to yours will be able to access their reservation.

That is new. Should we thank DCL for letting us know that after the fact, lol.

Makes me wonder, several of have ressies that are linked. The messages states linked cabins. Is this one and the same?
