Thank you tink and Marr for posting about Southwest credits, I checked my LAX flight a few days ago but just checked it again and it went down $40 a ticket, I got a $207 credit! Will that cover a night at the Grand Cali?

Hey, what's going on here?? I went from work....to pick Tyler up from school....to karate....to drop him at his dad's....then to Mangos (my weekly Mexican restaurant hangout) with the girls, then I come home to find only about 6 pages waiting for me? What the heck happened? Where did everybody go?! Well.....I do see I have 5 PMs though, so I guess I'd better go see what those are about. Maybe SINGLE MEN from that thread I mentioned earlier!

I think all the kids look so cute when they are all excited and in awe of the ship and the trip in general! This picture is my sons first time off the ship and he is headed to the beach. He couldn't stop smiling. Picture wise it is not the best shot I took but it captured how he felt the whole time perfectly. To me this picture is why Disney is worth the money. I looked around and noticed it seemed other peoples kids were all smiley too.

SO CUTE!!! I think CC is the only place my son DIDN'T smile because of the heat. Each time I think we only lasted off the ship about 1/2 hour.....except one time when he and Bethany played on the beach and in the water maybe 45 min or an hour. That's pushing it for him and beaches.

In part 3 of this thread, I mentioned that we will be at Epcot on Friday, May 9, and plan to meet taysmom, disneylover5, and Katypop.

Why yes, we would love to join you. Have you determined a meeting place?

Great! Some of us will meet at Epcot for a casual lunch, possibly at 11:30 or so (to hopefully beat the crowds). Others have morning plans and will meet at Epcot in the afternoon.

As the date approaches, I'll send a PM to all with lunch details. I'll also exchange cell phone numbers with those who want to meet.

Speaking for myself (although I'm sure I speak for others), we'd rather you in some old dress as a non-smoker and healthy than a fancy new one. I'm sure you will look wonderful in your dress and congrats on staying with it all!

I'm rather upset today. I don't usually bare my soul but ...

Got a huge shock this morning at work.

Someone I work with was found dead in her condo last night. I worked with her at another company. She was a really nice and smart lady. She didn't show up at work yesterday after the long weekend. They phoned and there was no answer. Work called the police who broke into the condo. She died sometime over the weekend. About 1/3 of my company all came from this other company and we all knew each other. I was just pissed off and angry all day.

It was just one of those days.

So sorry about your friend. Feel free to say whatever you like on this board. That's what we are here for.

How horrible! But yes, you can share anything here. We're all always here to listen and send hugs your way.

She just gets a couple of bites of my leftovers...so whatever I'm having, she's having. She's sooooo old and soooo skinny, I pretty much let her have whatever she wants.

That's ok - can't let them think they are in charge Our oldest cat - Sassy - is 15 and wants some of everything we eat - she'll even eat asparagus!

I am really happy!! I just booked Boardwalk for a few days in March to take Vanessa's sister to visit Disney while she is here. I have been watching the web site to see what is open and Boardwalk just opened up tonight. We are going for spring break...so it will be so crowded....but still fun.

I made reservations for meals at Le Cellier and Spoodles!!

I am going to my eye exam soon. John got his yesterday...nice to have new contacts. We've been due for a while. Now to make dental, derm, and physical appts! Haley goes for her 3 year check up and Samantha too the end of the week. She didn't want to get into the carseat today, but I a big girl mommy, I a big girl!

Darrell did the derm yesterday, we both go to the dentist Friday, Monday I go to my Endocrinologist, beginning of April both go to eye doctor - then the last week in april I go for a mammogram and physical.

Can you tell I spent the week making appointments?

I'm also thinking that maybe I will get a few of the photo mats and bring them along with some sharpies and have my friends sign it and then put photos in when I get home!!!

I'm thinking of doing this too...not only for us, but also for the characters.

Are you sure that will be big enough? You must hold the record for dismeets!
