ARG!!! I'm fuming right now! I'm on hold with a DCL super because I can't get my son (6) to stay on the ressie for the Dolphin enounter in PV...I've booked him three times and he keeps dropping off. She's checking with the excursion desk because now she's saying he has to be 9 BUT the DCL website says it's for ages 3 AND UP!!! And the vendor's website says the same age. They are so screwed up. I told her she better be 100% sure that it's for 9 and older or else they should fix their website immediately. I have no idea what type of ship they're running, but it's not a tight one! (pun intended)!!! I'm disgusted...(and here I thought I was going to be "over it"...spoke WAY too soon).

Ah I see that is why. Because when I find out that no PIRATE SHIP so i booked the dolphin encounter for 2 adults and 2 kids. It turn out 2 adults and 1 child then I amend it again 2 adults and 2 kids, it turn out 2 adults and 1 child. I thought how strange then I give it up change to Paradise Beach Adventure.

I don't understand over age 9, what the different that we went to discovery cove and we swim with dolpin!!! She was only 6 but now she is 8 years old.

Ah, I got it now. Terrible no pirate boat, no dolphin encounter for my daughter not good enough!!

But I think we will be fine with Paradise as kids love swimming anyway.

Cork and Carol, I know we are still down as linked dining on the DCL website. Do you think this still stands with Noel having done the planning? I am presuming so because our names are still there.

I only ask because we had requested linked dining on our last cruise, and it was on the DCL site, but when we got to our table we weren't put with the people we were linked with!!! It was said that it was because we were on different group bookings, and that they couldn't do it. We were seated with folk from the same TA group.

Oh no, I just assumed we would be seated together during dinner.
We have the second seating. What do you have?
Should we each call and check?

I know Rich and I would still love to sit with you both.

I, too, hope that we are still linked. I am really looking forward to dining with each of you. If you want, you can PM me your ressie #s and I will see that my TA checks and makes sure that we are still linked. If not she can get us relinked. I know we had several of us on the 11 night SC linked together and we were all using different TA's. One couple wasn't with us though when we got to the ship so we had to see about getting it changed right away. It pays to always check when you first get your KTTW cards because they do make mistakes.

She just came back on and apologized...said she was incorrect, it is for ages 3 and up. She said they just added him to the excursion and that he should stay on this time. I just checked my online ressie and sure enough, he's there, so we'll see how long that lasts.

I told her that they need to get their act together because it's a disaster. She acted like this was news to her. I told her about the 5-6 hours we spent in the middle of the night *trying* to book ressies "Really? Wow!". I told her that the website is a living nightmare and that 300+ of us that talk online on the DIS board are disgusted. Again "wow!". Whatever. If I didn't love Disney so much, I'd be done with them...and they know that, that's the problem. Very disappointing.

Yes, I understand that also website is a living nightmare too i think over 1200 on line? I never see like that before.

Hope you manage booked it now.

Just popping in to say hello to everyone. It took FOREVER driving back and forth to court this morning, and tomorrow I have to trek into NYC to do it again. Hopefully the weather will have improved, because it was raining in torrents today.

John- I CRACKED UP at the response DCL sent you. They ended it with "Have a magical day" and everything.

Holly- Glad to hear that Tyler is improved. DH was really sick through Monday, but much better now. That flu is AWFUL. Crossing my fingers that I won't come down with it at all.


Sorry to miss out on responding to everyone today. I'm showing some real estate in a little while (anything to try to make extra money at this point!), so I don't have time to do a better post!

We just don't know. She hasn't posted since she was on her way to her vacation and cruise in December. She did host a party in her suite on the cruise, but since then - nothing.

Folk have PM'd her, sent emails, and Carol actually sent a letter last week, but still nothing.

People have even googled their names!

Hoping things are ok and not bad news.

Did you book with DU? if so just contact your TA, they should be able to help you.

I looked they don't offer the dates we want yet, so I called waited on hold then paul called so I stuck them on hold and then lost them while I was talking with him, darn it. oh well he is bringing me lunch so that clearly was a better call.

I'm going to see about ordering thru DU. I just want to do it online. I'll let ya know. I don;t have ressies with DU for any trip not sure if they will help me or not.

It's on the Disney Crusie website when you click on the info about the 15 night WB. It's a flash thing, so you have to wait for the animation to stop and then you can grab it with screen capture software. I may post it a little later to show where the cruise will be going
