Pretty much every one who's indicated they'll have a fish extender have also indicated they want to be part of a gift giving group.

Lisa (Calmom) I'm going to email you the list so that you can compare it to those that have PM'd you. There may be a number of people who've not contacted you but said they'd like to be in a gift giving group.

Aruba and Acapulco, since we are docked until 9:30 is anyone planning on staying ashore later? We usually never get the option.

We hadn't planned on it becasue of the deck parties that evening.

Not when they run out. You string the cord as far as you can, stretch the hose and set the machine on a suitcase in "just the right spot."

Hi everybody! I haven't read any posts yet, just popping in to say HI. Got online to check the weather because when we went out today to rent a movie ("Underdog" -- awesome!) the roads were getting pretty slippery and my car is now covered already with snow, so I want to see if we have a storm coming in. If so, we'll need to make a store run to get supplies because I'm thinking I'll be too sleepy tomorrow to do much. Very hard time staying awake today, despite having a good night's sleep last night, so I'm fearing the worst.

Off to check weather and might try to catch up here while Tyler eats dinner. Oh....Tyler is a little better today. I was so happy to hear him giggle! Still coughing every few seconds, but the cough doesn't seem as intense. Going to try to send him to school tomorrow if he continues to improve. He wants to go all day, but I'll just send him in the afternoon for kindergarten because I know he'd never last all day after being so sick.

My employer told me to stay away because we don't know if I'm going to get this yet and they don't want to be exposed, especially the 80 year old. But if I don't feel anything by tomorrow, I think I can work Thurs & Fri safely.

Well, remember a few months back and I thought we were going to have to put Casey to sleep? We didn't as I got some good advise here, she was still eating fine and did have some good quality of life.

Well last night was a bad one for her. She gets up in the middle of the night and barks and gets lost in the house. Paul was up with her for 2 hours last night. I even woke up which is odd since I sleep thru everything.

I talked with Paul a bit ago and he wants to take her in this week

She is not doing well and really keeping him from sleep at night.

I'm so sad.

I do worry about leaving her with a pet sitter while we are gone on the repo, it's a lot to ask someone else to have to get up all night long with a crazy old dog.

Wish us luck...

We're in an inside cabin, and have done an inside cabin before.

What we like to do is turn the TV to the bridge cam. It gives off a bit of light but not enough to be a bother, and also, if you wake up, you can see whether it's day or night outside.

That's worked out excellent for us. Our "video" porthole!

That didn't work out for us on the 10 night because they kept the basketball lights on most of the time, and it was a little bright in the room. I think I'm going to check into the alarm clocks that have a light and simulate sunrise - anyone else have one or try one before?

Oh that is bad news! Can the vet offer any advice or is it just that she is an old dog and no medications could help? I have no advice just sorry you are going through this.

Same here, At this point there is not much to do. I will add those who want to be included for Palo private brunch to the list. When we get the actuall confirmation of the private room, we will slot DISers into date and send those faxes back in to DCL to confirm.

Only tough part is making the groups, I guess.

Well, I think after the 75 day mark, all of us who are shut out of Palo may want to be in a group. I know if I can't get my own brunch reservation, I'd want to try to get on a group list.

It is not obligatory for someone to make or buy a fish exterder BUT they should have something (like a Christmas stocking) on their door to hold a wee giftie!
