I see a door magnet design in my future.:lmao:

Could turn this into a game onboard. Something like hot potato. If you find the dreaded fish of doom on your door you have to "catch" them ie remove them by taking them off your door and sticking the magnet to someone elses door. :laughing:

I am caught up!! But I know I won't be for long. My heard drive crashed on my laptop last night. Luckily, I do not own that computer, it belongs to my company. I had to drive this afternoon to one of our computer service areas...100 miles from my home. YUCK...that is when I found out the hard drive was gone.

Of course, I had not backed it up at all.....so my bosses boss was thrillede to hear it would cost $1000 to recover the data.....I guess I will find out if I am worth it to them:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

While the group was working on getting all the company software loaded on a new laptop for me.....my Blackberry stopped working :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

So i go in and ask the guy working on my stuff....if a bad hard drive could cause me problems on this new Blackberry....he laughed at me......until he looked at all these BIG RED X's on my screen.....He was like :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 :confused3

Then the news came across that the RIM BLackberry satellite was not working (broke at 3:30pm) and all of North America had no Blackberry service!!

My life is run by technology....:headache: :headache: :headache: :headache:

Well, I read about the BB outage today, but it did not affect me. My problem that I have been dealing with is trying to synchronize this new phone with my Mac laptop at home, and my desktop at work. Every time I think I have it solved - Whammo. So I have been spending entirely too much time on this.

Another problem is syncing a calendar at work. We have office '97 (don't laugh) the datebook only syncs with 2002 or later. Found a program that will sync with palm desktop, but it does not work on my co-worker's. I hate these kinds of headaches! Now I am about 15 pages behind!

I am hoping to re-arrange these lists over the next day or so. With both Karen and Noel cancelling:sad1: (you are going to be very missed!!!), I know there are going to be some open spots once again. If you are interested in joining us in one of the hummers, please PM me. I will try and get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if there is room or not. Right now I think we have space for 5 or 6.

Also, if you are currently in one and do not want to be anymore, please PM that info as well.

If we don't have 20 per vehicle it is going to bring up the price and we want to keep this reasonable for everyone.

Right now it is approx. 20.00pp + tip. We will be leaving the Hyatt at 845 and making a 15 minute grocery stop. There will be an additional vehicle following each hummer to carry the luggage.

I hope the answer is yes, I plan to ship my goodies and check in a case of water, would love to check in a box with wine and rum! No lugging a cooler around!


I'm not certain, but I am hoping. I'm sure Karen will find out and let us know in due time. I'll let you know when she finds out. But I don't see why it would be a problem to check in a box along with your luggage. We'll find out.

Sorry you're so stressed V....you're REALLY going to need this vacation. Just under 3 months to go!
 
On the shipboard page of the website there is a link at the top, it will take you to my public .mac folder, click on 2008 folder, then download panama1 and panama2.

Big Brother starts tonight!


I think this is going to be a good season. Some of the interviews they have on line make this group seem pretty crazy! They changed the nights this season...T, W, Sun rather than Th for all the grey's/Lost/survivor fans!

For the cliff divers the shows are at 01:00pm then until 07:30, 08:30, 9:30 and 10:30 pm, you have 3 options:

1.-For $3.00 you can walk about 60 steps to the mirador area (up close) but it’s usually crowded and no guarantees of being up front to enjoy the show, wit one drink included.

2.- For $12.50 (afternoon) $16.50(evening) you can have 2 domestic drinks at La Perla Restaurant, you will be in the main terrace table seated and have a great view of the dive.

3.- For $35.00 you can have dinner at La Perla restaurant you will be seated in the lower section of the terrace, a closer view, reservations are required. (let me know if I can assist)

A cab will charge you $8.00 (1 to 4 persons) to $12.00 (5 to 8 persons) each way depending on the number of persons in you group if your interested in seeing the evening show and not be part of an hourly rate arrangement.

Samantha can do her name, Haley's name other small words and can read simple words and her friends names but as I posted on the main board, would not be able to compose an email! You guys have geniuses!
 
I just emailed the port authority guy in ACA and hopefully he can get more info for us. I asked if he could find out about the private showing for the cruises and what other options we have and if he will make resssies for us, I will call the restuarant again myself when I get home.

I do not like how it looks like they tried to say well we see you did pre reserve things so stop complaining. It seems like a form letter that they just look up your info and insert it into.

I think they know we are all bothered by this because I complained about the glitches where I could not even book things due to different error notices and I have had a Disney rep call me a couple times now. They have booked the times and items I wanted for me. They also called back today to tell me that the times they gave me that I was not super happy with they could now change. They could change them since instead of the ship leaving Cabo at 4pm we are now scheduled to leave cabo at 8pm.
