Hey are any of you from the west coast planning on doing the Mexican 7 day cruise while it is in California? I was thinking I may book a week since they are here so close to me. It is easier since I am in California and cheaper since I can drive to port. I also have passes to Disneyland, Sea World and the Wild animal park and San Diego Zoo. Would be a low cost vacation as far as the land portion for me. So anyone planning on one or considering it? Oh and it visits a port our cruise does not that is a bonus!

As for the question....the status will only show booked on the DCL site. It should change if you went thru a TA (like DU) on their site.

But this is really good for PF AND it does feel good also. Reduces the inflammation that you have with PF. Try it!

Have you read Stephen White? He is from Boulder/Denver, CO (where I onced lived) so I can totally relate to the setting of his books. His lead character is a psychologist and he is always involved with the police to solve the crime.

DrHug's sister is a Denver author also. Suzanne Proulx. She has published 4 medical mysteries. Her lead character is a hospital quality manager. Lots of mayhem going on in those Denver hospitals!

Tonight was chicken broth, since last night I have felt like the room is spinning around me, and I have had a tender stomach since. I haven't even had alcohol since November, geesh. Stomach is still a little tender today.

mom to Matthew 12 and abbey 5 and of course dh CLiff....we live in tampa and this will be our 6th cruise and let me tell you I am not prepared at all. Just made final payment....i have no clue how we are getting to the port...did not reserve palo's....what night do you think i should...if there are any left, what am i missing things i need to do...i am usually so OCD with our trips but not this time...now I am feeling stressed!!

Hi everybody! Had a long post typed, but lost my connection. I think because of the storm, it won't stay on longer than a few seconds at a time, so I won't be able to catch up tonight.

The gist of that long post was: long day, pounding migraine, bad storm, 8 inches fell between 10am and 6pm, got stuck many times while driving because the snow was higher than my bumper, stuck in my driveway and had to dig my car out after shoveling for an hour, 12 more inches predicted overnight. If that happens, that will be the most snow I've ever seen in my life! I know, that's normal for the upstate NY folks and for Deb, but shocking to me! Might have to ask Tyler's dad & stepmom if I can ride with them to the psychologist appt. tomorrow since they have the Chevy Trailblazer!

Will try to catch up as long as my internet connection allows. Started watching Lost last night (the recap one before the season opener) but only got about 1/2 way through before falling asleep.

That was nice of him to donate the extra dollar. I am in the midst of selling girl scout cookies and I know I always hope others will be nice when they know I am coming to sell them stuff.

Here's one even better: One of the attorneys today told me he wanted to buy some candy bars too. He grabbed 4, gave me a $10 bill and refused change. He told me he's been through the fundraising fiasco with three kids and knows how it is, so I put the other 6 candy bars in the kitchen for co-workers to enjoy.
