Max People in a Grand Villa?

I'm throwing around the idea of having my bachelorette party at WDW. For cost savings, I'm thinking about renting a Grand Villa using dvc points. What is the maximum amount of people that you've fit in a grand villa? At which resort? Did you feel on top of each other? It would be all adults.

All GVs have an occupancy limit of 12 people, regardless of the resort. I’ve never tried to pack one to capacity so we have never felt cramped. They’re quite spacious but if you have 11 or 12 people, someone is going to be sleeping on the pullout sofa in the living room.

GVs are difficult to rent. There aren’t a lot of them and they’re very popular with members. They also require a very large number of points, so it can be hard to find a member with that many points.

I‘m not saying it’s impossible, but be aware that it’s not going to be like renting a studio or a 2-bedroom villa. If you’re not dead set on staying at a Disney resort, you might also consider a non-Disney timeshare like Wyndham Bonnet Creek, or even renting a house.
