I was just wondering if anyone knew the max # of people allowed for a party at Ohana? I am having between 50-60 (maybe 65 but I doubt it) people and would love to do this for my rd/welcome party. I have other options in mind but just keeping coming back to this. I tried calling but keep getting a machine :confused3 I thought you guys would know better and be quicker :teeth: TIA!

You wouldn't get to sit at one table, and I would think it would be hard to talk amongst the group. Have you thought about having a meal in a room somewhere. We used Fulton's crab house.

This probably isn't much help, but Kammie and Eric had their RD here and we sat 40 people at one very long table--had a ton of fun :)
Know it's not the 65 people, but they accomadated all of us.

We had 50 at Ohana for our RD. We did break up into tables of 6 and 8, but they gave us the whole back corner of the place so we could all move around and talk. Turned out great.

That is good to know. I don't mind being at different tables as long as we are all together. Did you do an early or late seating?

we did the early seating, we scheduled our rehearsal for 3:30 and then did the 5pm dinner. it went so smooth

When I called and asked the lady said anything over 60 people you have to call O'hana's directly

Jonette funny you just posted that because I just called them and they said the can accomadate 50-60 people with no problem at an early seating for anyone interested. Of course I would call and double check to make sure if you are interested!

To my knowledge Ohana's does not have a private room. You are going to be around other people.

O'hana's is just a big room, no seperators. It's about half the size of a Denny's I would say

we debated ohanas for our welcome dinner but decided on the rainforest cafe at dtd. this also made it easier for everyone to get there as everyone was staying at disney & took the bus there & back. in all it cost just under $2000 for us & 50 guests for a full meal & drinks, we had the margarita pizza, salads, a combo entree of ribs & tucsan chicken and chocolate cake with rasberry sauce for dessert (the kids had a seperate chi chis menu) on the private amazon terrace. it was really nice & the rainforest was very organized the day of.
