Matterhorn?

This really dates my last Disney trip, but what the heck happened to the Matterhorn?! I remember that being one of the feature attractions, and now there is no mention of it, it's not on the maps, and I'm guessing it's no longer in existence. What's the story?

Ok, it just occurred to me that the Matterhorn might have been in Disneyland and not in WDW MK. Sure enough, the Disneyland website confirms. Told you it had been awhile since my last trip, can't even remember what is at each place!

The Matterhorn is still there in California's Disneyland, in Florida they don't have anything alike.

dw doesnt have the matterhorn or the indiana jones ride.

The Matterhorn has always been at DisneyLand. It's funny, I was born in CA and remember going on the Matterhorn with my family when I was little. I can still remember the Abominable Snow Man "jumping" out at me.

The Big Thunder Mountain is a little like the Matterhorn. IMOP.

The only time i will most likelly ever get to ride was this past christmas. But it was closed. Oh well what are you gonna do... the next generation of visitors right?
