Matching Outfits - The Disney Store

Hey everyone,

I didn't really know where to post this but I thought I would!

I went to the Disney Store last night and they have matching family outfits. I might get one for DF and I. It would actually be more fun if we had a whole family 'cause they had hats, shirts, skirts, and little kiddie things, all in the same red and white pattern. With Khaki shorts for the guys with Mickey logos on it.

DF thinks it is kinda silly but I thought it would be fun for our honeymoon!

I don't think it's silly!! Our family always wears the same color tee shirt (or sweatshirt) each day. I would love to have matching DISNEY shirts! WDW is the only place you can do this and not feel strange!

we just got our matching dresses in the mail today from disney shopping online, dd5 is darling and it was only 11.99 and mine was 15.99, they fit great and for the price so worth it, they are the blue hawiaan mickey print, very pleased with them, we are actually wearing them right now as it is 90 here in rochester ny

No, the outfits from Disney Store will be nothing like those from Disneyshopping.com. Disney Store and Disneyshopping are not affiliated with one another and carry different merchandise. They do have matching outfits online but they are much "louder" than those at Disney Store.

Just FYI for anyone wanting the Disney Store ones, they are selling out fast!

we wear matching (or coordinating, i.e. blue pooh for dd/i and blue tigger for ds/dh) shirts *every* day of our trip... if you have not found it yet, take a trip to the Creative DISigns board here on the dis... they have GREAT shirts that you can print out and iron on... and i mean GREAT! personalized too!!!

Our family always wears matching shirts. We have enough sets for each day of our trip (just got back from 9 days at CBR). We also have a pair of matching Disney sweatshirts.

We always get a lot of comments about the shirts & think it looks much better in the photos.

None of our shirts have ever come from the Disney store though. Hmmm...I may have to check that out. Many of our sets are from Disneyshopping.com (we have 3 sets with the "antenna ball logo" they have now). We also have a few sets of the Mickey swirl head shirts that I found directions & pics for on the CREATIVE DISigns forum here on the DIS.

I'm looking online at the Disney Store and they are different!

The actual Disney Store has really low prices. I didn't look at the female shirt price, but the male shirt price was $24.50 CDN.

They had for men: Red and white hawaiian print, khaki shorts with mickey tag
They had for women: Red and white hawaiian trimmed white tank top with Mickey Ear shaped picture on the front of Minnie laying on the beach. And, the red and white hawaiian print skirt to match the men's skirt.
They had for babies: A red and white hawaiian jumper, or white (matching mommy) shirt with attached skirt (hawaiian print) and shorts underneath.

I believe the little girls/boys outfits were similar to the adult ones.

I'm seeing much different stuff online...

I stopped by the Disney Store today and was very tempted to but them.......but I restrained (trying to save $ for our trip in January). Anyway, I was so happy to see that they had more adult items in gereal. I worked there last year and NEVER saw that many adult items (even during Christmas). Don't get too excited, it's still not like to "old" Disney Store but I am very happy to see the improvement! If alot of us buy these family outfits, I'm sure they'll make more!

My DH and myself always matching shirts. I buy Disney material and make them. This time bought a pink material that Mickeys all over and wore it. OI am the process making two more for our upcoming trip in Dec.

we got the blue print outfits for our family and were wearing them to dinner the first night!!! we picked these up last year on the mark down rack !! were also making tie dye shirts , dd12 and I have matching tink shirts to wear, and we all have another set of shirts that match!!!

We also bought the blue hawaiin print for DD 6, Ds 2 and Dh and I. They look cute but DH will only wear at Disney.
