Matching Developer Points for BLT Purchase

I was looking at DVC news where they show what the current incentives are for buying DVC.

It states that for new buy in at BLT you would get matching developer points to be used within 12 months of purchase.

This is listed differently than the other incentives also for BLT. The others are buying a certain point and getting a $1000 gift card and a three or five day stay in a one bedroom by 10/3/09 in any resort.

Do any of you know if a new buy in with matching developer points at BLT means we could use them after 10.3.09 and can we use them at other places besides SSR if we chose the deal that wasn't a free 3 or 5 day 1 bedroom? That's the way I am reading it. Thanks!

I met with a guide on Sunday and was told that it was $5 per point promotional gift card and matching points to be used at SSR. The points had to be used by 10/3.

OH do you run the site??? Thanks so much for having all those updates!!! I was hopeful that the 12 month rule was in effect instead of only at SSR until 10/3. I seeyou changed it!

Wow I just discovered the rest of the site. Great stuff. Now that we are going to become owners I get to look at the site!! Yeah!
