You can’t blame the full monorail just on the Poly. People get on at CR & the TTC as well, even in the morning. And while there’s always a chance the scooter spots on a bus may be full from Poly in the morning, it could be the opposite later in the day. There’s a chance they might arrive at Poly full with scooters headed to GF later in the day. There can be issues, no matter the resort or transportation method.
