Massages at WDW

Believe, you will get hooked...trust me you will!! and BTW, mu massage was a full body sweedish massage....the best 55 minutes in my life!!! then I had a facial while on the cruise....oh those were fun times!!

That would be cool if you could get a bunch to go to a spa afternoon. I know that if you do it on the 3rd, I wouldn't be joining because I already have the Hidden Treasures of World Showcase set up that morning and MVMCP that night with dinner @ Chef Mickey's before then. But if you go to GF, be sure to take advantage of the health club and the whirlpool they have there.

Mayflower, I know for certain that you don't have to be staying at the GF to get a spa treatment there. We were staying at the Polynesian and got ours done there

This thread is hilarious....I clicked to see if there was any good massage info and end up looking at plans for a Game Cube meet during my vacation! LOL.. I can't let dh or ds know about this! (We're actually planning to get Super Smash Bros. for ds for Christmas!)

So anyway...was there any conclusion on a good "beginner's" massage? I've never had one. I had thought about looking into a pedicure...but my feet are so vile right now I'd be embarrassed! My mom and I have a girls day planned for the 3rd (tentatively)....we're sending the guys to a water park and Disney Quest. We'll have my 2yo dd with us though....pedicures for 3 might be a good idea since dd would be absolutely thrilled with something like that (though I'll need a pre-pedicure pedicure). Our loose plan so far is to go pool hopping and have tea at the GF.....depending on weather. Funny that you guys are planning such a thing too!

Ah, see, we have plans (unknown to my parents at this point) to go for a Kitchen Sink at some point during the week....so our Beaches and Cream visit is also in the works!

As for pool hopping, my plan is to hit the WL and the Poly.....places I think my mom will really enjoy even though dh, kids and I will be staying at them anyway before and after my parents leave. If its too cool to swim we may just tour some resorts to see the decorations.

Surely we'll be bumping into one another at some point! LOL!

If Amanda does do the spa thing on the 3rd, all I can tell you is that I have a tour in the morning until 1 pm and dinner at 5... not sure what I'll be doing in between. I do like the idea of cheap though Maybe the GameCube meet ought to be at a different time... like when you are dead tired so I have a shot at beating you so when exactly would that be anyway?

Debating on taking game cube down, don't think we will, we will probaly just hang out at the pool..
