How did you get them?

You can book online before you leave home under the plans/activities.

You can also book on ship via the app

Or you can call them from your stateroom

Or just show up at the desk and ask to make an appointment.

The rainforest pass you'd want to book online prior to sailing as they can be popular.

Does anyone have experience with obtaining a length of stay pass for the spa from a cancellation? There are 4 people in our party for a 3 night cruise on the Dream the end of May (30th). We were able to book 3 of us for the length of stay spa but then it wouldn't let us add the fourth. Called and they said it was at capacity. We are 4 adults - no children. Can't leave one adult out and I lose money if I don't cancel our reservation at least 72 hours before we sail. Should I keep checking all the time until that 3 days out or is it an unlikely situation? Thanks to anyone who might have gone through similar.
