Mary Poppins Mania?

It is well past time for Mary Poppins to have a ride. The new movie looks great!

Is Alice in Wonderland really a C-Ticket, even with the recent enhancements? I'm thinking D at least.

Today ticket definitions are subjective. Back when it first came out it was considered a C ticket.

I am way behind on rumors, I did not know there was a possible Mary Poppins ride on the horizon! That would be awesome!

It's nice to see a fellow Mary Poppins fanatic! I hope that she does get some more attention when the movie comes out. It's one of my boys' favorites--they love all the songs. It's a beautiful story that has stood the test of time and I can't wait to see this next tale.

I love the Mary Poppins penguin fountain in GFV. And when we stayed there last, there were Mary Poppins art works hanging on the wall in our villa. Unfortunately, on that trip I realized my kids had no idea who she was, so I made sure they watched the movie when we got home.

Same here, but instead of kids...I had my London friends visiting. We took pictures with Miss Mary in UK and when I told Mary that Robert was from London and had NO IDEA who she was, she just about broke character in shock and said, "YOU'RE FROM LONDON AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHO I AM??" It was funny and naturally we came home and watched Mary Poppins AND Saving Mr. Banks (which I LOVE LOVE)

My friend is a composer, who grew up without some typical kid exposures. On his last day here, I heard music coming from upstairs, and found him at the keyboard, playing an intricate orchestral 'Feed the Birds' after having heard it one time. I recorded it and the beauty is stunning. They talked about Mary Poppins the movie for the next year!
