I watched the show- I loved the Fitz-Simmons relationship, but the show nearly gave me a heart attack. And now in the next show it's saying Fitz has been sent on a suicide mission! Grrrr, why do they have to do this to us!

They're really good, I just didn't like "The Girl in the Flower Dress" episode very much.

According to the comics, Nick Fury. I believe the MCU says that Howard Stark either created it or was instrumental in its founding, though I'm not 100% sure.

I really hope Howard and Peggy do start SHIELD, that would be really cool.
