Okay, for the price difference I am entertaining going with this hotel instead of the Hyatt where I'm currently booked since it's half the cost. It appears to be located within a mile of the airport. I only have to do this one night. My question is about the shuttle. How long will it take to get there at 11:30 at night? The rep told me I'd call on the courtsey phone after I get my baggage. I don't want to be standing their for a long time as that was exactly what I was trying to avoid when I booked the Hyatt room. The rate has me hooked though. Has anyone used their shuttle and how prompt were they? I'll pay double to avoid "bad shuttle service."

TIA!

Here's my experience. We stayed at the Rennaisance (Marriot property) at MCO and had to use the shuttle. We landed after 11pm. As instructed, we collected our luggage at baggage claim, and called the shuttle. The van was there inside of 10 minutes, and we were checked in, teeth brushed, and tucked into bed by midnight.

I wouldn't worry about it.

edited to add, the Marriot, Rennaisance, and Courtyard share a shuttle.

We booked 2 rooms at `this hotel on Priceline for $51 a night for March 24th. The shuttle was great. My family actually drove down and I got the kids in bed while my husband took the shuttle to the airport to pick up my sister and her family. Their flight was arriving at 12:30 a.m. No problems at all. My husband said the shuttle ride was effortless both ways. The Marriott is about a mile from the airport.

I'm so glad. I'm always hesitant with such a good deal - almost too good to be true kind of thing. I like Marriotts and have had good experiences so with your good experiences as well I went ahead a booked it for my May trip. That's like dinner for two at disney for what I saved. I might as well book it for July as well. I have to get two rooms for that trip.

I really appreciate your input on this hotel. If anyone else would like to add anything, please feel free to post. Thanks!
