Marriott Downtown Disney?

I have seen several posts about Marriott Downtown Disney. Is this the same as the Marriott with the Grande Vista/Cypress Harbor, etc.?

Years ago there was a Marriott Courtyard in DTD. It converted to a Holiday Inn (I think?) but either way it's been closed for almost two years for "rennovations" after a hurricane. Not much seems to be happening.
