Marriott Anaheim

I have read where people are getting free parking with their reservations, is this automatic or is it a special package?

Is it easy to get to DL from here by walking or by shuttle?

We can stay here on Concierge for $75 less than the DL hotel per night so I am debating whether to stay onsite or stay Concierge at the Marriott.

Any advice?

We've stayed there several times with the last time being last March. I don't remember if we paid parking. I'll ask my husband if he remembers.

We were on the concierge floor and it is very nice. Marriotts have wonderful beds now. Breakfast in the lounge was very nice. Really good fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. There was a beauty competition for little girls going on during part of our stay and that was an eyeopener. A few of those families were on the concierge floor.

Years ago there was a trolley and we found it relatively convenient. Last year we bought APs and put parking on my husband's so we just drove to the park. I don't believe the Marriott runs its own trolley anymore though. It is on one of those shuttle routes now I think.

We walked back once quite a few years ago and laugh about it now. My husband insisted it wouldn't be that far but it really was especially after a day in the parks.

It is a very nice hotel but this time we're trying a DL hotel. I'm relatively sure we could get a better rate at the Marriott and he is always upgraded to concierge for free but we are really looking forward to trying the GCH.
