Since Matt closed the thread that you used as a ruse to inquire about the state of our engagement, I thought I would respond in a new thread!

I thought we were still getting married, but when I came to see you last month to plan the details you didn't even bother to show up at our rendezvous place-----I know you know how to get there------it's the Contemporary, 4th floor, around 7pm............I was there waiting................no Ed; needless to say, I was very disappointed and now I am rethinking the proposal.

But you know the way to my heart Ed.................a prince is always a prince if he comes with huge quantities of pins

Two things.....
first, congrats on hitting 500 posts! I just saw this one made it to 501.

Second, you have to watch out for creatures like Ed.....they say they will be there, then aren't , then next time they are with pins and we just melt. But....now that I think about, what a GREAT way to get more pins and look all innocent too.

I'm not sure which of those proposal options would thrill me the most--If I got one, I'm not sure that would help me get rid of the kids--they'd probably want to go on the honeymoon with me--since of course it would have to be a honeymoon in Disney World!!

As you know by now... Okay yes I did propose to you both, and not to mention a few others.

Okay look girls I just can’t help myself... I see a hottie and I propose… But I ask you is this a bad thing?

Ladies look at the bright side… I’m Hispanic and can handle several wives at a time, the same way I can handle you know who… (Yes she that must be obeyed) I just show up from time to time and give them pins, and all I ask in return is that alway be a box of special K with the strawberries in the pantry.

Now I ask you what could be better than that.

But Ruthie you of all the girls know you’re my favorite. And Mean Laureen you of all the girls must know you’re my favorite. (This will never work)

Honestly girls I was sincere and mostly sober when I proposed, but if and when we all do get married, and I become a Utah resident, one thing will have to be made clear. Marriage or no marriage I reserve the right to let Peggie dress me up. It is my God given right and will remain in effect until I’m old wrinkled nasty, and most of my body is covered with hair.

As for Manny you jealous son of cigar roller from the old country… Eat your heart out.
