MA has gay marriages but they have the antiquated law about requiring blood tests?

I just googled it and apparently, you don't anymore. When I got married, in 1996, we did need one. They changed the law in 2005.

I haven't read all the posts, so I apologize if this has already been stated, but the waiting period is only if you are a Florida resident. Tourists coming in to Florida to get married are exempt from the waiting period. We're all about the destination wedding down here!

We got married on St. Thomas, were from NE but lived in Indiana at the time and moved to Illinois right after we got married.

Our marriage license is from St. Thomas.
